The Rule Of Law

The following were made by two anonymous commenters (who may be the same person).  His/Her comments can be found here and here.

Anon 12:21AM. No it was not mentioned. Diana I will call the feds and the Airlines and get to the bottom of this who gave Tim the information!

To the person or persons who has been releasing flight information to the public:
I will find out who you are and have you arrested.
You may hide behind lies about Pius and the bishop. You may lie about the legality of what you are doing. But remember that people who gossip with you are just as likely to gossip against you. Your identity will not remain secret long. I will discover who you are and bring your name to the proper authorities.

You can start by taking a screen shot of the jungle displaying the flight itinerary of the Archbishop and Father Harold and then submitting that to the proper authorities to begin their investigation.  The fact that they were able to get the flight itinerary (including seat numbers) is a cause of great concern for the public who travel.  How can the airlines and airport security ensure the public that they are safe and confidential information is not leaked out to the wrong people?

At the same time that they are investigating employees at the airlines or airport, they can start questioning Tim Rohr as to where he obtained this leaked information.  The protesters who were at the airport can also be questioned as to how they obtained information on the Gennarinis' flight because the two incidents are linked.  Videos were taken of them, so they can easily be identified.

As for the Remptoris Mater Seminary, it belongs to the Archbishop, who is the true representative and head of the Catholic faithful on Guam, and he has the authority to determine who enters the property.  The jungle, LFM, and CCOG are NOT the Archbishop nor do their represent the Archdiocese of Agana no matter how much they tell themselves that they are the Church.  The true Catholic Church listens to her head, and from what I recall the junglefolks denounced the Archbishop as their head and followed another shepherd.....Tim Rohr.

We live in a civilized society governed by the rule of law.  The Criminal Trespass Law of Guam are:
§ 70.41 of Title 9 Guam Code Annotated provides:

A person commits a misdemeanor if, he without the written permission of the owner or of the owner's agent or of the person in lawful possession:

(c)           Enters any lands, whether unenclosed or enclosed by fence, for the purpose of injuring any property or property rights or with the intention of interfering with, obstructing or injuring any lawful business occupation carried on by the owner of such land, his agent or by the person in lawful possession; or

(d)          Enters any lands . . . enclosed by fence . . . : or (3) Refuses or fails to leave such lands immediately upon being requested to leave by the owner of such land, his agent or by the person in lawful possession.

There are two types of criminal trespass circumstances that apply to the RMS.  First, the intentional trespass onto the RMS Property and interference with the RMS meeting IS A CRIMINAL TRESPASS.  Second, if ANYONE, i.e. Fr. Pius, the front staff, the gardener, or anyone acting on behalf of the owner (THE ARCHBISOP), directs the trespasser to leave and they refuse to immediately comply, it is A CRIMINAL TRESPASS.

It is also illegal for demonstrators to distribute pamphlets on Church grounds without the permission of the pastor.  A group of people cannot simply walk into Church grounds and do whatever they want without the permission of the pastor.  They can claim to be the Church all they want, but the pastor is the head of the local Church in the village and therefore the person in charge.  In the Catholic Church, the body (people) is supposed to obey its head (priest). The pastor or anyone whom the pastor designates can tell the protesters to leave otherwise the police will be called.  If they do not leave immediately within one minute, then call the police.  You do not even need to tell them a second time.

St. Theresa of Avilla once said that "Humility is truth."  This does not mean that as Christians we are to be a "doormat" for people to step over.  "Humility is truth" means that we must recognize who we are....that we came from the dirt and to the dirt we shall return.  The word "humility" comes from the Latin word "humus", which is translated to mean "earth" or "on the ground."  It is not translated to mean "doormat."
From the Catechism of the Catholic Church:
2255 It is the duty of citizens to work with civil authority for building up society in a spirit of truth, justice, solidarity, and freedom.

  2. Wow, you're really starting to get worried aren't you all? For years you have blithely ignored the problems, pretending that everything is fine - but now you are shaking in your boots. Good. Let it be to get to the truth, justice, solidarity and freedom of the people of the Church of gUAM.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 11:17 am,

There are no problems as long as the laws are followed.

    2. The church of Guam is in opposition to the Church of Rome. Do us all a favor already and stop calling yourself Catholic. You stopped being Catholic the second you broke communion with your bishop.

    3. Worried because we want the law to handle this? How did you even come to that conclusion? We are NOT worried.
