A Close And Shut Case

This is in response to the commenter who made the following comment:

Diana, the reason we continue to ask the archbishop is because the Certificate of titles are no good. You need a title search. Tim is a real estate expert, and he said that a certificate of title doesn't show ownership, so the archbishop is still lying to us.

LOL. If Certificates of Title was all one needed to prove ownership then there wouldn't have to be a title search when properties are bought and sold. But hang on to this. It's going to be fun.

Meanwhile, it does appear poor Diana is not in Tony's inner circle, or she's just as big of a liar as he is, because privately he continues to stab Msgr. James in the back.

LOL. Some reconciliation. NOT.

Dear Anonymous,

A title search was already done in 2014.  It was conducted by the Pacific American Title.  As you can see from their website below, Pacific American Title Company does title searches:

This company on Guam does title searches, and the Archdiocese of Agana have the report, which was published in the Umatuna.  An ownership and encumbrance report was completed in 2014 by the Pacific American Title, which confirms that the lots on which the seminary sits, identifies the owner as the Archbishop of Agana.  Therefore, the Archbishop has both the Certificate of Titles and the title search report by Pacific American Title.  You can take a look at their website, which I included above.

The Archdiocese of Agana gave you the results from the Pacific American Title, which was published in the Umatuna. But you still call the Archbishop a liar. Then the Archdiocese of Agana gave you the Certificate of Titles, and now you say that you need a title search????  That was the first thing the Archdiocese gave you as evidence showing that the Archbishop still owned the RMS property.
I understand that CCOG is still seeking legal action. Do you know why they are having a difficult time?  The fact that the Archbishop has BOTH the Certificate of Titles and the title search report conducted by Pacific American Title is a close and shut case.  There is no lawyer on Guam who is going to take CCOG's case.

  1. While some people here in Guam do not like the Neocatechumenal Way (only God knows why!), the Pope keeps reaffirming its validity for the Church of today.
This Thursday, the Pope speaking to the Roman Rota (which is the highest appellate tribunal of the Roman Catholic Church) insisted of the need to reassert the new (neo) catechumenate! There is greater reason today, he said, for all the structures of the Church to work toward an “appropriate preparation for marriage, in a sort of new catechumenate — I stress this: in a sort of new catechumenate — so desired by some Synodal Fathers.”

Twice he repeated the word “new catechumenate”. Very interesting.

  2. Diana, you are just plain stupid I guess. Tim's comment (above) is not trying to imply that there needs to be a Title search. Rather, that ownership is more complex than simply what name is on the title.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 2:19 pm,

At first, I was not going to publish your comment due to the name calling. But I decided to ignore the childish name calling and publish it. According to Tim Rohr:

"These LIARS attempt to prove ownership by publishing a certificate of title. In real property transactions, certificates of title mean nothing unless they can withstand a challenge. That's why there are title insurance companies and title searches.

Land Management does not decide who is the legal owner of a property. Land Management only records what it is given and issues documents based on recorded information. The real determination of ownership is determined by title companies and their attorneys."

So, YES....Anonymous, Tim Rohr stated that the real determination of ownership is determine by title companies and their attorneys. That statement does not sound very complex at all. The title company that determined the ownership is the Pacific American Title, which was the first document that was given to you by the Archdiocese of Agana.

    2. By the way, Anonymous 2:19 pm,

I took a screen shot of Tim's post in that weblink just in case he decided to remove it the way he removed the link to the LFM fliers. So, I have his own words where he actually stated, "The real determination of ownership is determined by title companies and their attorneys."

    3. !my goodness TIM! Accept the fact that you've lost the battle and the war altogether and stop your desperate measures. Ccog and LFM are just manifestations of ludracicity. You're showing a bunker mentality similar to Adolf Hitler who wanted to bring down all of Gernany to hell in 1945 when he lost everything. Just because you lost the war and battle, don't bring down the whole church to your level of desperation and depravity. Krebs and HON and Tagle have given up on you buddy! They think you're looney. Don't be afraid to throw in the towel. We still love you. We were there with you it's ok if we stop. Don't worry! it's not the end of the world! Even if Gofigan and Benavente remain where they're at, it's ok. Life goes on! So what about these two priests. Don't give up your sanity just because of their pride. You're too much of an intelligent man to sacrifice your sanity for the whims of these two priests. Think of your children. Do you want them to live the rest of their lives with this smear of infamy all because of your pride? Golly gee whiz! Man! Wake up dude!

  3. So, depending on the mood or persuasion of the attorney the title can be determined by whatever opinion the lawyer may decide to give as to to owns the property? Hmmmm. Looks like Timmy needs to find the right lawyer to say what he wants them to say and then proclaim it as the "truth". Is that how real estate works? Golly gee me whiz, no wonder why ccog and the lfm's want a piece of Ylig.

  4. Now that we know that AAA has the title search, what's going to happen to the money that was given to CCOG for legal action?

    1. CCOG and the LFM (Inc?) are required by law to publish their financial reports. They asked for donations to file lawsuit. What came of that? Which lawyer profited from the donations? How much was collected? Where did the money go?

The same standards demanded by CCOG on the Catholic Church should be equally applied to CCOG. The BIG QUESTION is: "Is CCOG willing to live by the standards they impose on others?"

    2. Maybe the donations Go to Tim Rohr..........?

    1. CCOG is a useless dead organization.
      Serves no purpose.
      LFM die out later.
JW is managed by a group of determined head strong individuals.
JW I don't expect to die a death.
      Unfortunately there here to stay.

    2. Their handbilling had no impact on Chalan Pago parish. I went to the 10 a.m. Mass on Sunday, and the same people, the same crowd was back in Msss. Diana is right. Don't let your emotions get control of you. Let them pass out their fliers. They're only wasting money printing it up.

  7. CCOG has a facebook page, but it's dominated by Junglewatch. Everything in their facebook is all from JW. They don't have anything to say on their own. Didn't someone said that CCOG is only a mouthpiece of JW? LFM is the same thing. Their fliers all came from JW.

  8. If LFM and CCOG need website space to publish their financial report , maybe they can "rent" some advertisement space on the archdiocese of Hagatna website! Hahahaha!

  9. CCOG and LFM doesn't represent any concerned Catholics and any Catholic laity on Guam. They only represent Tim Rohr.
