Why I Did Not Publish Your Comments

To the Anonymous Poster whose comments I did not publish,

The reason I did not publish your comments is because the conversation is only going around in circles. You said that Kiko is STILL a layman. I already told you that Pope Francis appointed Kiko a position in the Pontifical Council, and you continue to tell me that he is a layperson.  So, the discussion was going around in circles with you not listening to anything I have said.

Eddie Calvo is a citizen of Guam, but he is ALSO the Governor of Guam (a position and status that is much higher than the ordinary citizen of Guam), and if you cannot understand this concept, then how can you comprehend when I already told you about Kiko's position and status in the Pontifical Council?  Kiko Arguello is the Consultor of the Pontifical Council of Laity, and this is a position and status appointed to him by Pope Francis.

Furthermore, the Way is NOT a movement. I am the one walking in the Way.  We have always been saying that we are an itinerary, and it is even written in our approved Statutes that the Way is an itinerary.   Because it is written in our approved Statutes, the Vatican recognized the Neocatechumenal Way as an itinerary.

Yes, it is an itinerary. According the approved Statutes of the Neocatechumenal Way:

§ 1. The nature of the Neocatechumenal Way is defined by His Holiness John Paul II when he writes: “I recognize the Neocatechumenal Way as an itinerary of Catholic formation, valid for our society and for our times.”

  2. Nope it is a sect and cult. Look up cult and see the similarities. Look up itinerary and it doesn't match. Just like taki is taki but if you call it roses it doesn't change what it is. I think are scared to publish since I revealed things that show that the kingdom is crumbling. "Salt and too much Salt" gives you high blood and can kill you. I prefer the unsalted you will live longer.

    2. So if Kiko is not a layman, what is he? There is only the "laity" and the "clergy" in the Catholic Church. Even if he is a "consultor" for the Pontifical Concil for the Laity, he is still a layperson. Does Kiko consider himself "clergy" if he is not part of the laity? Mhmm, maybe he is not a layman in the Catholic Church because he is a god in a non-Catholic Church.

Do you see why I did not publish the last comments? Did I ever say that Kiko was NOT a layman???????? I said that he was ALSO the consultor of the Pontifical Council.

  3. Kiko certainly could've entered the clergy but there's not much glory in that.

  4. Interesting that you would mention Eddie calvo since he and his family are such big supporters of the seminary for neos and the archbishop himself

I only used him as an analogy. He is a citizen of Guam, but also the Governor of Guam.

  5. Pope Emeritus Benedict the XVI described and quoted NCW as a "Movement" on November 18 2006....so I believe it is.

Please correct the Pope if he is wrong!

It was Pope Benedict XVI who approved the Statutes in 2008, which stated that the Way is an itinerary. So, the Pope corrected himself when he approved the Statutes.

    2. Diana - the Pope never corrected himself because he was never wrong to say that NCW is both an Itenarary and a movement...also mentioned by the Pontifical Councilf for the Laity. It's classified as an ecclesial movement...

Ask a Member....not a Consultor and you will get an answer.

    3. Dear Anonymous at 10:06,

The approved Statutes already said that we are an itinerary, and that is what we go by. Pope Benedict XVI was the one who approved those Statutes in 2008, and nowhere in our Statutes does it say that we are a movement. So, if the Pope said that we are a movement, he corrected himself upon approving our Statutes. Even Kiko does not say we are a movement. The fact that others say that we are a movement is simply their own opinion..

    4. Diana I believe these folks google way to much. Not all information are publicly available. When Pope Francis write to all Traditionalist that he endorse the Neocathecumenal Way, they will accuse Kiko a liar. What works people will still hate it. Aside this subject. They attack the Archibishop not only words but also physically. The individuals went to his resident and slash his tires. I pray sincerely for this people. St.Patrick was attack far worst. I'm disbelief but I pray for you all that hate brew in your heart. Lastly, tell Fr.Mockley who a AWHOL priest to obedient to return to Bishop Camacho before you really received EXCOMMUNICATION.

    5. No one slashed his tires. He must have damaged it on his way to his home in adacao or the pot holes in the seminary. I was at the chancery yesterday and his tires don't even looked changed. The wear and tear is the same. Penny test umbre! If you see Lincolns head time to change. He has about a year left of tread. I challenge someone to PROVE it was slashed and changed. Anyone? Anyone? He did it to get sympathy and concern but it DID NOT happen.

    6. The only ones spreading the news about the archbishop having his tires slashed is Junglewatch. I haven't seen anything in the news about it. Tim wrote about it in one of his posts. I haven't heard anything about it from the archbishop.

  6. Dear Catholics United,

ALL vocations are called to glorify God even if it is the vocation of a married person or a single person. The Clergy is not the only ones that glorifies God.

I meant, kiko could have been in the clergy but there's not much fame and wealth in that.

  8. Dear Destruction,

For your information, Kiko spent his life in the slums of Madrid. He lived in poverty among the poor. That was also where the Neocatechumenal Way began........among the poor.

Kiko lived in the slums of Madrid for some time. He gave up everything and lived there among the poor. That was where the Neocatechumenal Way was born.

I honestly do not know how long, but that was where the Neocatechumenal Way started. It started among the poor, and God called Kiko for something better, which is evangelization.

  10. Funny you went to check!

On the other hand i would be careful of defaming the bishop since he is speaking the truth and you've heard it from him. This just to say that on the day of judgment you will have no excuse of saying that you did not know...

"But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment." Mt 12,36

    "Ubi Petrus, Ibi Ecclesia"

    Saint Dorotheus, abbot
(Doct. 7, De accusatione sui ipsius, 1-2: PG 88, 1695-1699)

The reason for all disturbance is that no one finds fault with himself

Let us examine, my brothers, how it happens that many times a person hears something unpleasant and goes away untroubled, as if he had not heard it; and yet on some occasions he is disturbed and troubled as soon as he hears such words. What is the cause of this inconsistency? Is there one reason for it or many? I recognize a number of them, and one in particular is the source of all the others. As someone has put it: Occasionally this results from the condition in which the person happens to be.

If a person is engaged in prayer or contemplation, he can easily take a rebuke from his brother and be unmoved by it. On other occasions affection toward a brother is a strong reason; love bears all things with the utmost patience. Another reason may be contempt; if a person despises the one who is trying to trouble him and acts as if he is the vilest of all creatures and considers it beneath his dignity even to look at him, or to answer him, or to mention the affront and insults to anyone else, he will not be moved by his words.

The result of this is, as I have said, that no one is disturbed or troubled if he scorns and disregards what is said. But on the other hand, it is also possible that a person will be disturbed and troubled by his brother’s words, either because he is not in a good frame of mind, or because he hates his brother. There are a great number of other reasons as well. Yet the reason for all disturbance, if we look to its roots, it that no one finds fault with himself.

This is the source of all annoyance and distress. This is why we sometimes have no rest. We must not be surprised when we are rebuked by holy men. We have no other path to peace but this.

We have seen that this is true in many cases, and, in our laziness and desire for rest, we hope or believe that we have entered upon a straight path when we are impatient with everyone, and yet cannot bear to blame ourselves.

This is the way we are. It does not matter how many virtues a man may have, even if they are beyond number and limit. If he has turned from the path of self-accusation, he will never find peace. He will always be troubled himself, or else he will be a source of trouble for others and all his labors will be wasted.

  12. Another one from St. Dorotheus, abbot
    ##############

    Saint Dorotheus, abbot
(Doct. 13, De accusatione sui ipsius, 2-3)
    On false spiritual peace.
The man who finds fault with himself accepts all things cheerfully – misfortune, loss, disgrace, dishonor and any other kind of adversity. He believes that he is deserving of all these things and nothing can disturb him. No one could be more at peace than this man.
But perhaps you will offer me this objection: “Suppose my brother injures me, and on examining myself I find that I have not given him any cause. Why should I blame myself?”
Certainly if someone examines himself carefully and with fear of God, he will never find himself completely innocent. He will see that he has given some provocation by an action, a word or by his manner. If he does find that he is not guilty in any of these ways, certainly he must have injured that brother somehow at some other time. Or perhaps he has been a source of annoyance to some other brother. For this reason he deserves to endure the injury because of many other sins that he has committed on other occasions.
Someone else asks why he should accuse himself when he was sitting peacefully and quietly when a brother came upon him with an unkind or insulting word. He cannot tolerate it, and so he thinks that his anger is justified. If that brother had not approached him and said those words and upset him, he never would have sinned.
This kind of thinking is surely ridiculous and has no rational basis. For the fact that he has said anything at all in this situation breaks the cover on the passionate anger within him, which is all the more exposed by his excessive anxiety. If he wished, he would do penance. He has become like a clean, shiny grain of wheat that, when broken, is full of dirt inside.
The man who thinks that he is quiet and peaceful has within him a passion that he does not see. A brother comes up, utters some unkind word and immediately all the venom and mire that lie hidden within him are spewed out. If he wishes mercy, he must do penance, purify himself and strive to become perfect. He will see that he should have returned thanks to his brother instead of returning the injury, because his brother has proven to be an occasion of profit to him. It will not be long before he will no longer be bothered by these temptations. The more perfect he grows, the less these temptations will affect him. For the more the soul advances, the stronger and more powerful it becomes in bearing the difficulties that it meets.

  13. Are you kidding me? Now there are laws and rules to follow in the way; besides the WAY we were taught as children growing up? And the way you wayers always say "I love you and will pray for you" is something a cult will come up with. May I ask who wrote these Statutes? Yes, the popes may have said that it is an itinerary. Do you know what that means? It means that it is journey or route planned to help accomplish something. Take the word "HELP". It doesn't mean that you will follow it through, it is there a guideline. Not everyone uses itineraries. People know what they want, they know how to get it, they know how to complete their task. The way I see things is that the "NEO" is trying to convert as many people as they can. People have problems, everyday problems. Yes it helps to pray for guidance and peace. But you "NEO's" seem to take it further then it should. Why do I have to go and sit down and listen to the way's point of handling something that will subside tomorrow (i.e. stress, nervousness, work, kids, etc.)?

Am I correct to assume then that no one in your family ever told you that they love you or that they will pray for you, when you are sick??

You also ask why do you have to go and sit down and listen to the Way's point of handling something that will subside tomorrow???

Anonymous, you do not need to come and listen if you do not want to. You are free to go where ever you want.
