Today is Friday, July 25th. Last night after coming home from the movies, I dreamed about Father John going to a lawyer.
I just looked at my newspaper this morning, which is always delivered to my home. And right there in "Voice of the People" is a letter from Father John. According to the last comment of his letter:
"I warn anyone who wishes to reiterate this false accusation that I have instructed my lawyer to proceed judicially against those who will advance this calumny. Whatever compensation may be obtained after the court pronouncement will be devolved to help in need, on Guam."
Good for Father John!! Okay.....now where is SNAP??? He can get millions of dollars from them!
God works in mysterious ways. Because Archbishop Apuron removed Father John from active and public ministry, the non-neo priests and the jungle can no longer play the "favoritism" card. The Archbishop removed a non-neo priest (Father Paul) and a "neo priest" (Father John).
Is he really a neo because per what i learned in the neo is you don't go out and file suit on people?

DeleteIn the NCW, they also tell us that we have a choice. We pray and discern what God wants us to do, and many times God leads us into paths we do not want to take. There are reasons why God allows things to happen, and in the end we are assured that things will go His way rather than our way.
Dear AnonymousJuly 25, 2014 at 7:39 AM,
DeleteNow see, here is the problem. "what i learned" or "what i heard" or "what i saw from a distance" etc... Just come and listen, you do not even have to go back. Get a first hand experience instead of relying on hear-say. Its not so hard. Come and you can claim credibility because of first hand experience.
David they're using this as a leverage that the Way is unchr
DeleteDear Anonymous at 8:40 a.m.,
DeleteI think your sentence is incomplete? I do not understand what you are trying to say here.
Sorry what I meant , David they're using this as a leverage that the Way is unchristian.
Deleteit's kind of a double standard then, you're told because you're a Christian not to do certain things like file suit. but then after contemplating it's really ok.?
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous at 8:06 a.m.,
DeleteWe are Catholics, and we follow the Catechism of the Catholic Church. This is our doctrine and even the Catechists should not go against the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
CCC 2273 The inalienable right to life of every innocent human individual is a constitutive element of a civil society and its legislation:
"The inalienable rights of the person must be recognized and respected by civil society and the political authority. These human rights depend neither on single individuals nor on parents; nor do they represent a concession made by society and the state; they belong to human nature and are inherent in the person by virtue of the creative act from which the person took his origin. Among such fundamental rights one should mention in this regard every human being's right to life and physical integrity from the moment of conception until death."
"The moment a positive law deprives a category of human beings of the protection which civil legislation ought to accord them, the state is denying the equality of all before the law. When the state does not place its power at the service of the rights of each citizen, and in particular of the more vulnerable, the very foundations of a state based on law are undermined. . . . As a consequence of the respect and protection which must be ensured for the unborn child from the moment of conception, the law must provide appropriate penal sanctions for every deliberate violation of the child's rights."
In other words, we have an inalienable right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Atheists would say that we have this right simply because we are human. Christians say these rights were given to us by God. We have a right to protect ourselves from harm. You can even read about it in the Early Church Fathers. St. Augustine believed in the right of self-defense.
By the way, it is right not to file suits if someone wants your land, house, or assets. Those things do not matter. Your right to live is a different matter. Tim Rohr and SNAP is not after Father John's house, land, or other assets because he has none. They want to destroy his life and integrity as a human being. That he can protect.
DeleteChrist and St.Paul fought for the Church also. Tim Rohr question why did he packed and leave? Ask yourself that question again and again. Ponder think and pray the answer is under your nose folks. Think hard why. I have the answer but you have to figure it out.
ReplyDeleteIs it okay then to file false accusation then even Cardinal Mahoney part of the list?
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous at 8:30 a.m.,
DeleteNo. As you can see, Father John is not going after anyone. He is simply waiting for people like Tim Rohr to come after him. Then his lawyer will move. So long as Tim stays put, nothing goes to court.
So with fr john it is ok to file but for fr paul, no?
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous at 9:03 a.m.,
DeleteI never said that Father Paul has no right to bring his case to Rome. Father Paul is bringing his case to Rome because he's fighting to remain as a priest in Santa Barbara Church. Father Paul's mistake is disobedience to the Archbishop. And to make matters worse, he went to the media and made negative remarks about the Archbishop.
When the Archbishop told Father Paul to remove a sexual offender from his employment, that does not mean to take away only his paycheck. It also means to take away the job description that came with the paycheck. A volunteer does not purchase supplies for the Church. That role belongs to an official worker in the Church.
Father John, on the other hand, was not disobedient. He was obedient to the Archbishop. He did not show any disrespect to the Archbishop even when confronted by the media.
AnonymousJuly 25, 2014 at 9:03 AM this just stomp your question. Fr.Paul harbor a convicted felon, he was TOLD once, twice by his boss ( Archbishop ) to end his connection with that person. He was the reason of this mess, he went to the media instead reconciling with his boss internally. Secondly Tim brought Fr.Wadeson to the picture and SNAPP. A priest leaked e-mail and betraying the Church.
DeleteThirdly this PRIEST (I think I know who he might be) continue to add more flame at JUNGLE WATCH, if the Archbishop finds out that he is breaking his OATH, I won't be surprise he'll be EXCOMMUNICATED.
Fr. Paul failed to RECONCILE with his Archbishop. PERIOD.
Archbishop needs to reconcile with his priests and with his flock. PERIOD.
DeleteDear Anonymous at 2:34 p.m,
DeleteThe first thing that needs to be done before any reconciliation talks needs to resume is to restore the trust in the clergy......a trust that was undermine by a disobedient priest who leaked out information from a closed meeting. There must be assurance that no more personal emails or letters be leaked out as well.
Reconcilation is good but it's up to Judas
DeleteMistrust in the clergy has been around decades before any leak. Stop ignori g the big picture.
DeleteDear Anonymous at 1:23 p.m.,
DeleteMistrust in those days is different because they knew who not to trust. The incident with the leak is worse because we do not know who the leak is and therefore, everyone is suspect.
Thirdly this PRIEST (I think I know who he might be) continue to add more flame at JUNGLE WATCH,wow, someone in the know , posting on Diana's blog.
ReplyDeleteTo the Anonymous poster who copied and pasted from Junglewatch,
ReplyDeleteI accept your apology, but I cannot publish your comment because it was copied and pasted from Junglewatch. I did read your comment, however, and from it I understand that Tim does not understand the things he did was wrong. It is easier for him to blame the Archbishop rather than come to terms to what he has done to Father John. At any rate, I would not be surprise if Father John's lawyer is monitoring his blog (along with SNAP and the local media). He has all their attention. We just need to do our part and pray for him and our persecutors.
Another thought came to mind. The possibility exists that Father John may have also consulted his superiors as to what to do. Who knows? It probably does not even matter. God is the Master of history, and as the catechists usually say......there is a reason why God allows things to happen. We do not know what those reasons are, but in time it will be revealed to us.
Thanks Diana, Jerusalem rebuilt again! This is the noise that counter the evil intention of Jungle Watch. A wave will be coming and reality will be your overwhelming calumny. Pride and self righteousness will destroy you. GOD is stronger! Saint Pope John Paul II is interceding for us.
DeleteIt seems like Fr. Johns' arguments should be with the Archdioceses' who have publicly blackballed him? TR and et al did not generate the information.
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous at 11:08 a.m.,
DeleteI disagree. A priest should be obedient to his Archbishop. That also goes for the Catholic laity. When he remain obedient, he did not lose his position in San Francisco. I think that any Bishop would be happy to incardinate Father John into their Archiocese.
All this fiasco started with a disobedient priest who leaked out information from closed meeting and with Tim publishing the minutes in his blog. All Father John did was expressed his disappointment in a letter to his brothers that information was leaked out. From there, everything went downhill. But this entire fiasco started with a disobedient priest.
Speaking of that letter. is not on Tim's blog
Delete3:23..... You are a man, not a woman, and you are a priest, Diana.....
DeleteDear Anonymous at 6:37 p.m.,
DeleteI have already been down this road. I already said that I am not a priest. You do not believe me? That is not my problem.
Funny after this emerge Fr.John's email was removed from Tim's blog but his comment are on Patti Arroyo's show.
ReplyDeleteTim is very much afraid because he is liable in court for all his slanders and defamation.
DeleteIt is too late whatever Tim Rohr is saying now that he wants to help Fr John to clear his name. Nobody will ever believe Tim anymore. It is sad to see a well educated person to fall slave to his emotions up to the point that he hurt Fr John in an abhorrent way in his revengeful anger. Tim Rohr's regret is too little too late. He should have thought of it earlier.
DeleteI have the feeling that Fr John knew everything in advance that happened to him, even before he submitted that fateful email to all fellow clergy. Knowing about an implanted informant for Tim among the clergy, it was not too hard to figure this outcome out. The only person who did not have a clue was, khm-hm, Tim Rohr...
Did Tim accuse??
DeleteAnonymousJuly 25, 2014 at 6:34 PM wow have you seen what is written all over his blog and Patti Arroyo's 10AM show. He admit is making all these noise. Now he has a new propaganda Fr.Mathew Blockley, a renegade priest who is internationally known as menace Priest.
DeleteJust wanted to see if Fr. John's e-mail was removed like the commenter claims...guess what it's still there. It only took me two minutes to locate it. Misinformation from this blog again.
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous at 5:24 p.m.,
DeletePerhaps, he put it back up. Who knows? Why the quick judgment? Misinformation happens among humans. Are you human that you have never encountered misinformation or human error?
AnonymousJuly 25, 2014 at 5:24 PM he put it back, it would be wiser to put it back to cover his humiliation. Now the lawyers have a better view for more evidence. Do tell Tim to repent. I hope his not receiving the body of Christ.
DeleteWhy do you make up thins and treat them as fact?
DeleteDear Anonymous at 9:22 a.m.,
DeleteCould you be more specific? What things did I make up?
Specifically, everthing you write.
DeleteDear Anonymous at 2:10 p.m.,
DeleteWhen a person writes something this with no substance, it only means "jealousy." :)
Now Tim has a back up plan with Father Blockley - Ha! A renegade priest who is a great sample of disobedience!
ReplyDeleteTim Rohr destroy lives and whoever tells him what to POST on his blog. He does not work alone! IF you read this who POST on his blog. YOU ALL DESTROY the church and lives. YOU DESTROY HUMAN BEINGS that created by GOD.
ReplyDeleteI REPEAT YOU DESTROY PEOPLE!
Diana we should e-mail the Nuncio about this blog so he can see the other side?
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous at 9:11 am,
DeleteI am not a famous person like Tim Rohr, and I like it that way. I'm pretty sure the Nuncio is well aware of everything going on due to the Internet.
