Sexual Allegation Conspiracy

Roy Quintanilla came out on May 17, 2016, accusing Archbishop Apuron of sexually molesting him.  Shortly thereafter on May 31st, Doris Concepcion also came on the air claiming that her son Joseph Quinata told her on his deathbed that he was sexually molested by Archbishop Apuron.  The third person to appear was Walter Denton, who claimed that the Archbishop raped him. Recently, we had Roland Sondia making his appearance on June 15th

In an interview with Travis Coffman dated May 17, 2016 (the same day Roy Quintanilla made his allegation), Tim Rohr explained that the call-in by Mae Ada in the Patti Arroyo talk show last year started it all. It prompted many alleged victims to call in, which then motivated him to spend countless hours and hard work searching for these alleged victims.  http://www.pacificnewscenter.com/pnc-k57-interviews/9357  “
Mae Ada, a member of the Laity Forward Movement, called in the Patti Arroyo talk show on August 19, 2015 and said that she met a gentleman at a funeral who claimed he was sexually molested by Archbishop Apuron.    http://pacificnewscenter.com/pnc-k57-interviews/item/5225-tim-rohr-with-patti-arroyo  Tim Rohr also wrote about Mae Ada’s call in his Junglewatch blog on the same day.  The post was about Mae’s phone call, but the TITLE of his post was “The Agat boy(s)”. http://www.junglewatch.info/2015/08/the-agat-boys.htm   (See the screen shot below.)
Now, note the DATE AND TIME of Tim’s comment under the OP (the bold is mine):

    1. Tim Rohr August 19, 2015 at 5:40 PM
    2. To clarify, there is no accusation against Fr. Jack. The reference to his name appears to be related to the fact that the alleged victims may have confided in Fr. Jack at the time since he was Apuron's assistant when he was in Agat.
The following is a screen shot taken from Tim's Junglewatch blog:

On the SAME day as Mae Ada’s call-in, Tim wrote: "the FACT that alleged victims (plural) may have confided in Father Jack....".  Today, we know that two of the alleged victims, Roy Quintanilla and Walter Denton, both stated that they confided in Father Jack about the sexual abuse.  We also know that all the "alleged victims" came from Agat.  The evidence showed that Tim already had the "Agat boys" in position ready to do his bidding long before Mae Ada phoned the radio station.  On the radio with Patty Arroyo, Tim Rohr feigned a “surprise” and "shock" demeanor when Mae Ada called in, but the comment on his blog showed a planned conspiracy to deliberately remove the Archbishop.

So, why did Tim make a false statement to Travis Coffman and go through such great lengths to stage this whole affair?  Perhaps because there were no victims who came forward.  Even after John Toves came on the scene claiming that his cousin (whom he had never spoken to) was sexually molested by Archbishop Apuron (an allegation he never heard his cousin say), his cousin never came forward.  No victim came forward, but Tim needed "victims" in order to remove the Archbishop.  Therefore, since no victims came forward, "alleged victims" were sought out.

Tim Rohr already had these "alleged victims" lined up long before Mae Ada called the radio station. All he needed was to convince people that there were "victims" out there who were molested by Archbishop Apuron.  Once people heard Mae Ada’s story on the radio, he has planted the seed in people's minds that these "alleged victims existed.

John Toves and Walter Denton were next door neighbors in Agat. They grew up together and graduated from the same FDMS class.  Walter Denton was labeled Victim #1 by Tim Rohr despite that Roy Quintanilla made the first allegation.  On a radio talk show with Jesse Lujan, Denton said that he sent a letter to Archbishop Krebs on August, 2015. Tim Rohr, on the other hand, said that he only did a follow-up on Denton’s letter. http://www.junglewatch.info/search?q=Go+to+hell%2C+Diana
However, in a recent interview with Jesse Lujan, Tim Rohr claimed that he did not know Roy Quintanilla or Walter Denton but was working with two other alleged victims who have not yet come forward.  He claimed that he did not seek out Quintanilla and Denton nor did they sought him out.  He also said that he did not aim for any sexual abuse stuff until it came out in the radio (which would be August 19, 2015). The interview of Tim Rohr with Jesse Lujan is in the following weblinks:

Contrary to Tim's statements, he aimed and focused on the sexual allegations because his goal was to remove Archbishop Apuron.  He was very much involved with Walter Denton’s letter to the Vatican just as he claimed in his interview with Patti Arroyo on June 10th..   http://www.pacificnewscenter.com/pnc-k57-interviews/9682   In fact, he knew what was in Denton’s letter.  Was the letter really written by Walter Denton?  In his blog, Tim Rohr wrote the year “1977” and “40 years” as far back as October 2015.  See the screen shot below:

Then on January 22, 2016, he named a specific date: April 15, 1977.  See the screen shot below taken from his blog:

On February, 2016, he once again named "April 15, 1977."

On June 7th, Walter Denton came out, accusing Archbishop Apuron of raping him.  He had a letter prepared.  His letter stated (the bold is mine):
Fast forward to Friday April 15, 1977 on or about 5:30 pm. Father Anthony Apuron (ARCHBISHOP) was to give the Friday evening service. I was on the schedule to assist Father Anthony Apuron during Mass. After Mass, Father Tony asked me to stay at the Rectory on Saturday evening. I told Father Anthony  I had to ask my Dad.  My Dad told me I could.
The full letter can be found in the Junglewatch blog:  http://www.junglewatch.info/2016/06/altar-boy-sodomized-by-father-apuron.html#more
Contrary to what Tim Rohr stated in the Jesse Lujan show, he was very much involved with both Quintanilla and Denton.  He had these "alleged victims" already lined up for almost a year, and they were simply waiting for Rohr to give them the signal to go public..  The day before Roland Sondia came out, Rohr told his readers in his blog to remember June 15th at 10:00 a.m. That was the date and time Roland Sondia came out.  A similar thing was done with the rest of the alleged victims.

In the Patti Arroyo talk show, Tim stated that Walter Denton was Victim #1 and Roy Quintanilla was Victim #3.  At that time, he also said that Victim #2 did not come out yet.  For someone who claimed that he had no involvement with Quintanilla and Denton in the Jesse Lujan talk show, he knew who was Victim #1, #2, and so on.  In the interview below, Tim Rohr admitted that he did not want Walter to go forward in public first, and that Roy was willing to go first.

 http://www.pacificnewscenter.com/pnc-k57-interviews/9682
So, why did Tim Rohr develop the sexual abuse ads with CCOG paying thousands of dollars for those ads, knowing that he already had these so-called "alleged victims" lined up just waiting for him to give the signal to appear in public?  Because he wanted people to think that it was the ads that brought them out otherwise it may look suspicious......just as it would look suspicious if people knew that Rohr already had the "Agat boys" lined up before Mae Ada came on the air. If people knew the truth, they would know they were not alleged victims at all, but accuse them of being false witnesses.  The goal was to remove Archbishop Apuron.  And all the "alleged victims" who came forward said to remove Archbshop Apuron.  That was the main restitution they requested.

There were many inconsistencies in Tim's stories and interviews on the radio talk shows.  For example, on May 17th with Travis Coffman, Tim said that Roy Quintanilla got on a plane after May 13th, came to Guam and then publicly accused Apuron of sexually molesting him just 3 days later.  Then on May 19th with Phil Leon Guerrero, Tim said that he had Roy brought over to Guam from Hawaii a month ago.  A man who tells too many inconsistencies in his stories is a man who has something to hide.

    3. These alleged victims all had a chance to talk to their parents and bring forth their complaints right away when it allegedly happened. But they did not talk to their parents. All these accusers had a chance to speak up when Fr. Apuron was appointed to be the Archbishop of Agana. But they remained silent. All these people who make these outlandish charges could have come forward when the Guam legislation created a 2-years window of opportunity for hearing sexual abuse charges. But nobody ever had come forward! Why?

Why these people did not talk to their parents? Why these accusers remained silent when the Archbishop was appointed? Why these alleged victims did not come forward when the window of opportunity was opened for them? Is it possible that they have never had the idea, and could have never predicted that they would come to make a media show on demand of the war makers in 2016? This does not make any sense, folks. To say the least, something is very fishy here...

The evidence of conspiracy was found in the jungle. All anyone had to do was read the jungle. The Archdiocese said they uncovered a plot to topple the Archbishop.

    6. The Jungle has all the evidence to disprove their own statements. The Jungle demonstrates on its pages that all they say there is fake. The Jungle is undoing itself before our own eyes, before the anger and hatred had blinded them to see their own blunders, errors and failures. This is the fate of those who invent and make up an untrue and fake reality for their own individual and egotistic purposes.

I am not responding with anger to the accusations of Rohr, the Jungle, the SNAP, the CCOG and the LFM! I am not angry but I am confused and curious. I would like to understand what is going on here. Why is it necessary to destroy my church, my community and the faithful of Guam Catholics for the purpose of individual and egotistic goals?

I am responding with love and peace. I have love and peace in my heart whenever I think of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am asking where is the love and peace of those who

      - announce war,
      - wound and maul people, and
      - assassinate characters

for fun on demand of the war makers? I am aware that I am no better than anyone else on this wide earth. I am falling short in everything I do in the eye of the Almighty. This gives me love and peace towards my fellow sinners who are suffering with me in the prison of sinfulness.

But I still would like to know
      1. why should we need these Catholic jihadists to fight a jihad of intimidation and terror?
      2. why these Catholic jihadists fight against the leaders of my own Catholic Church and against my own Catholic community?

As children of God, we have to embrace those who sin against the church if they repent, but for the love of Christ we should NOT embrace their war they wage against everything holy and we should not embrace their sin.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle against the lies and snares of the evil one!

  2. Diana on Sexual Allegation Conspiracy:
If memory serves me right, it goes even further back--to 2014, I believe. Tim Rohr admits that he'd heard rumours in the past, as have many others stated, but that wasn't the main issue at the time. It was all mainly anger at the NCW changes and then the Fr. Paul incident up to then. So it was just Mae Ada's call in 2015 that started the ball rolling for him with the sexual assault issue. That and the Toves accusations, too. Then came the Benavente issue --although still only related to NCW. Once that grew, you'd better believe Rohr was investigating truth to those sexual allegations for more dirt for his battle against Apuron.

You asked "why did Tim Rohr develop the sexual abuse ads with CCOG paying thousands of dollars for those ads, knowing that he already had these so-called "alleged victims" lined up just waiting for him to give the signal to appear in public?" It's obvious: to get more of them to come forth because as the saying goes 'there's strength in numbers'. Sounds to me like Mr. Rohr has been doing his own investigation on this for a while and and now has everything in place to expose. He's warned of this happening--even taunting Apuron and associates that there is something brewing. In my opinion, if Apuron truly cared about the Church of Guam he would've just stepped aside and let Vatican do their investigation and maybe saved us all the negative press that has gone worldwide, notwithstanding 'innocent until proven guilty'.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 11:09 am,

What I posted here are only a sample. The Archdiocese of Agana had uncovered this conspiracy, and Archbishop Apuron left to Rome about three days after Quintanilla came forward. The Archbishop already had many screen shots and print outs with him when he went to Rome asking for their help. The Holy See has in their possession those screen shots and print outs from Rohr's blog along with the taped interviews. They know that Tim Rohr had called for the removal,of the Archbishop since 2014. If this was not an orchestrated conspiracy, then why all the inconsistencies in his stories?

      Delete
    2. There was a conspiracy all right. It was a conspiracy to bring the scandals that had been whispered about for years into the light. It's surprising how many people had been "in the know" for the past 4 decades. But nobody dared to break the silence even though some may have had a "feeling" that there were other victims. Nobody wanted to be the first to come forward.
There have been stories floating around about other priests who have had relationships with women (wanted and unwanted) after their ordinations but with the archbishop all of his alleged encounters have been with young males. The accusations against the archbishop are disturbing because except for Roland Sondia they were made by men who were in their early teens which would make them acts of pedophilia and even in jail pedophiles are considered the lowest of the low. With the assault on Roland Sondia when he was 15 the act became one of homosexuality. People have said the archbishop has come out against homosexuality and cannot be guilty of such acts. But stranger things have happened.
The investigation can't be done on island. But the archbishop can follow up on his threats to file his defamation lawsuits against John Toves (2014), Roy Quintanilla and Tim Rohr (2016). He has been working with his prominent law firm for 2 years against John Toves but nothing has happened. In the meantime Tim Rohr continues to uncover more shame and scandal in the archdiocese in his conspiracy to shine the light of truth and set us all free.
      Thank you

Now that men are accusing the archbishop of sex abuse he isn't silent. But what he's saying doesn't sound very convincing when he says he's innocent and also demonizing the victims. A simple "I did not touch Roy Quintanilla or Sonny Quinata or Walter Denton" without saying they're spreading "malicious and calumnious lies" would have been more dignified. Also not sending people like Deacon Tenorio to make 2 statements especially the PNC one when he had a hard time reading might have helped. I noticed that Deacon Tenorio really had a hard time reading his statements. Using your criticism against the accusers of the archbishop (they read their statements) shouldn't Deacon Tenorio have just talked instead of reading his defense of the archbishop? It looks like he's reading from a script.

    10. Dear Anonymous at 11:38 and 11:42 am,

Whether it was an official announcement or not, the fact is it came from the Vatican officials. And the only reason they can say this is because they already know the official announcement. The question is....why did Tim Rohr keep this to himself? Why did he not reveal to his readers what the Vatican Delegation said about the Way? He only revealed it in his frustration when he called in to the radio talk shows.

It is not a matter of whether I believe Tim Rohr or not. What Tim Rohr says in his frustration is usually the truth. You can also tell the degree of his frustration due to the number of posts he publishes on his blog. Just today, he published 9 posts in his blog. That is a lot of frustration.

His fabrications are in the inconsistent stories he tells. As I said before, on May 17th, he said that Roy Quintanilla got on a plane after May 13th. Then on May 19th, he says something different. He said that Roy was brought to Guam from Hawaii a month ago. As I also brought up in the OP, Tim Rohr acted "surprise" on the Patti Arroyo talk show after hearing Mae Ada's story only to find out in the same day that he already had the "Agat boys" prepared ahead of time.

All of them came from Agat, and Apuron was there only for 2 years. He was at the Cathedral for 6 years, and no alterboys from the Cathedral came out claiming sexual molestation. This doesn't sound like a serial molester.

    2. I listened to Roland's interview and I wish Jesse would persist in his questions because something didn't make sense. Roland said he ran home crying after being sexually molested. When asked what his parents said when he got home in the middle of the night, crying, he said he stayed outside. I wish Jesse would have asked him when he decided to go inside the house. Surely, his parents would have known that something was wrong when they saw their son home early. And if he was outside his house crying, a family member inside the house would know if someone was outside crying.

    3. @ Anon. 12:57. Your right. The allegations sound more credible if Tim had nothing to do with it. But Tim has everything to do with it and was even lying about it. Diana is right. If there's nothin to hide, why all the inconsistencies?

    4. "And if he was outside his house crying, a family member inside the house would know if someone was outside crying. "

That's an assumption based on what you would prefer. It is entirely possible that he came home early, remained outside crying and that nobody noticed him.

"Another thing that I find rather odd in all this is the fact that all the "alleged victims" told of only ONE sexual incident with the Archbishop rather than 2 years of sexual molestation. "

Would you go back for seconds if you were abused? It is not odd at all. Also, we don't know the full details of Doris' son, or the others who are yet to come out publicly.

    6. Dear Anonymous at 1:46 pm,

The others who will come out will most likely say they have been abused for two years due to the fact that it has already been brought up.

    7. Dear Anonymous at 1:44 pm,

Are you saying that he remained outside the whole time? And what about in the morning? Did not his parents question him why he is home early? A boy who runs home crying and finds more comfort alone outside rather than in the safety of his parents?

He said everyone was sleeping when he went home.

    9. The inconsistencies of this testimony will cause the domino effect. One testimony falls, all of them falls! The more fake stories come out, the easier it becomes to catch them and expose their artificial design. They will fall into the same trap they set up for others.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 4:59 pm,

I remember Roland said that too. He slammed the door on his way out, and no one woke up? He ran home crying, and no one in his family heard anything outside? In my neighborhood, when a person passes by, the neighborhood dogs bark. A 15 year old kid running through the neighborhood in the middle of the night would bring out the barking dogs and eventually the neighbors.

  15. What exactly is The Truth? Proving EITHER innocence or guilt? Meaning you are right and Tim is wrong or you are wrong and Tim is right? You have to choose according to both of your standards. So it seems that neither of you can compromise because both of you want to prove the other wrong.

    Question:
Does guilt and innocence even matter? Why not just apologize? Wouldn't that be the most peaceful solution? The alleged victims don't need to go to court they just want an apology. So why not apologize and say I'm sorry for the wrong that was done to you, whether it is true or not? If it is going to heal them, then why not? I mean why care what people are going to say or think about it? The political ramifications? Well, who cares about political power. Is it the fear of losing power, position, and reputation that keeps you fighting to prove guilt or innocence? Why fight at all?

The claim is fighting for the church right? But fighting against whom? The devil that sows division and confusion? Well then show me where the division and confusion are because if anything BOTH blogs are causing division and confusion because while you claim to both be on the side of the church you are choosing to force the church to believe EITHER the Archbishop is guilty or he's innocent.

What can you agree on in this civil war? Why don't we start from there?

    1. It is only one side that wants to turn this into dirty politics.

      1. Who is filling the media with trash?
      2. Who is recruiting and soliciting fake and malicious charges?
      3. Who is committing character assassination every single day?
      4. Who is demanding the resignation of our Archbishop?
      5. Who is trying to coerce Archbishop Hon and Vatican to act on their behalf?
      6. Who is threatening the NCW by telling they'll wipe us out of Guam?
      7. Who is turning to politicians for help asking them to pass anti-constitutional legislation?
      8. Who is playing to role of slanderous Danton and murderous Marat from the French Revolution?
      9. Who is announcing jihad against us Catholics in order to intimidate and terrorize our communities?
      10. Who is acting in this whole affair with anger, hatred and profanity?

Tell me, please, who? Tell me why one side only, always the same one side?! Why Doesn't this tell you who are for waging a "holy war" here and who are for peace? Please, be honest!

  16. From the jw blog....its nothing but bad name calling and disrespect for fellow catholics who are in the Way...
So bad that they even name call vatican clergy who scrutinizes all accusations in prayer and what they were tought on how to approach these issues with the love of Christ....
I see only one sided persicution from jungle, lfm and ccog using thier network of media and social status as leverage in thier favor.... all to crucify one person. The same way Jesus was crucified....
The Archbishop is the lamb led to the slaughter.... he didnt even say a word....but that he is innocent...
If they expect Archbishop Hon to act on impulse....good luck....
I dont think he would want to play Pontius Pilate in this event....the accusers want Barnabus....
