The Cross Leads To Salvation

I would like to address a comment that an anonymous poster wrote under the From The Catechism post.  According to the anonymous poster:
Killing Jesus was an offense to God. Both physically and spiritually. An irredeemable sin. The crucifixion of our Lord is the scandal of the whole universe!
First of all, Christ was put to death in the body, not the spirit. The spirit or soul is immortal.  On the third day, Christ was resurrected from the dead.

Secondly, persecuting and killing an innocent man is certainly a sin and highly offensive to God. There is no doubt about that.  Nevertheless, something good came out of Christ's death......the forgiveness of sins and mankind's redemption.  Only God has the power to bring about something good from the consequences of evil acts.  According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church:

312  In time we can discover that God in his almighty providence can bring a good from the consequences of an evil, even a moral evil, caused by his creatures: "It was not you", said Joseph to his brothers, "who sent me here, but God. . . You meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive."178 From the greatest moral evil ever committed - the rejection and murder of God's only Son, caused by the sins of all men - God, by his grace that "abounded all the more",179 brought the greatest of goods: the glorification of Christ and our redemption. But for all that, evil never becomes a good.

God allows bad things to happen because He respects the free will of all His creatures.  And God allowed these things to happen for a reason.  Even the persecution of Christ brought together two enemies and reconciled them into friends.

Luke 23:11-12 Then Herod and his soldiers ridiculed and mocked him.  Dressing him in an elegant robe, they sent him back to Pilate. That day Herod and Pilate became friends - before this they had been enemies.

Imagine that!  The persecution of an innocent man (Jesus Christ) brought about the reconciliation of two enemies.  So, brothers....courage!  God allowed this persecution to happen for a reason.  As a matter of fact, the persecution of Archbishop Apuron brought about the reconciliation of two of the Archbishop's accusers: Doris Concepcion and her son Champ Quinata. According to news report:
For several years, Concepcion had been estranged from her other son, Champ. The mother said she had been trying to reach out to him for years.
Champ Quinata, for his part, said he kept his brother's secret for nearly 40 years and it affected him in a lot of ways. He stayed away from his mother and his whole family.
When Champ found out in 2016 that his brother, almost on his deathbed, also told their mother about Apuron, that's when Champ and his mother got reconnected.

636311071885962735-Archbishop-Byrnes-with-accusers.jpegImagine that!  Just as the persecution of Jesus reconciled two enemies, so the persecution of Archbishop Apuron reconciled a mother and a son. God loves all people, and we will continue to pray for Archbishop Apuron and for our persecutors.

This persecution comes to help us all.  It brings us closer to Jesus Christ.  We become one with Him in His suffering.  Jesus suffered from temptation, rejection, scorn, ridicule, insults, betrayal, sorrow, unrest, unjust imprisonment, and persecution.

However, Jesus healed and raised people from the dead to show that suffering and death will not have the last word, so much so that St. Paul will one day say, “Death is swallowed up in victory. Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?” (1 Corinthians 15:54-55).  So, let us take up our cross and follow Christ, who conquered death and suffering.

Apuron, Running Away?

Some people believed that Archbishop Apuron ran away.  This information came from Tim Rohr.  This is false.  These are the facts.

On May 13, 2016 Archbishop Apuron responded to a sex abuse ad that was placed in the newspapers by Tim Rohr and CCOG.  The media release is found here.  According to the media release (the bold and underline is mine):
After keeping silent for a long time, since those who are orchestrating this campaign are inducing people into scandal, confusion and grave errors with the malicious intent to injure the archbishop, the church in Guam and many other people have been insulted and harassed, the Archdiocese of Agana is in the process of taking canonical measures with the Sacra Rota - the competent canonical tribunal - and filing civil lawsuit against those perpetrating these malicious lies."
It was on May 13, 2016 that Archbishop Apuron has stated that he will be seeking a canonical tribunal. This media release came BEFORE Roy Quintanilla went public.  It was a response to those responsible for the sex abuse ad published in the PDN. Thus, he had already informed the people of Guam his intention before he left to Rome. He never ran away.  He went to Rome with the intention of pursuing a canonical tribunal just as he said in the media release.

Tim Rohr, on the other hand, did not believe there was a canonical trial; therefore, he accused the Archbishop of running away. This accusation was made without any substantial evidence.  Rohr made the following comments in his blog (the bold is mine):
He's in the area. I have "hard copy" evidence. He's not in Rome defending himself at his canonical trial because there's isn't one.
 TimDecember 6, 2016 at 3:20 PM
If we hated Tony, we would have signs that say GO TO HELL, APURON. Apuron is a public person by virtue of his office. He abused that office to amuse and satisfy himself. "Defrock" is short hand for "Remove him from office," the office of the priesthood which he has soiled and stained.
BTW, Apuron is NOT undergoing a canonical trial for sex abuse. That's they myth they want us to believe. His "trial" is more about the 30 year thick file in the Vatican on him that existed long before the sex abuse stuff showed up.
Apuron's trial for sex abuse will be played out in Guam courts.

It was Archbishop Apuron who went to Rome, requesting for a canonical trial. The alleged victims never asked Rome for a canonical trial. Rather, they pursued the passage of a bill that would allow them to bring a lawsuit against the Archbishop and the Archdiocese for 5 million dollars.  An anonymous poster also explained it very nicely (spacing is mine):
AnonymousJune 10, 2017 at 12:07 AM
Dear Anon @ 2:48 pm
A canonical trial is the very definition of facing those who are accusing you. Being accused of sexual abuse is a very serious matter. So serious that even when cleared innocent people have a tendency to keep believing that the accused is guilty. Because it is considered such a heinous and public crime, and it is a defamation of character. Apuron did the correct and wise thing. He sought council, he fought those who he believes to be falsely accusing him and he sought the help of a 3rd NON PARTISAN party. The Catholic Church through a canonical trial. This is the very definition of facing your accusers. (A guilty person would not seek help from the Catholic Church or a trial he would disappear. form the face of the earth)
Also you should read the bible. Christ always fights back with the truth. He turns over the tables at the temple. He constantly denounces the pharisees as liars and he calls them race of vipers. He constantly calls them hypocrites and makes them look foolish. When the pharisees try to defame him and say he has a demon inside he tells the the pharisees they worship their father the devil.
It is only after all these efforts of speaking the truth, when the pharisees will not convert and have decided to remain in their sin and kill Christ, that Christ surrenders and allows them to kill him while at the same time asking his father to forgive their faults.
So Apuron is definitely following in the footsteps of Christ and must fight against what he believes to be falsehoods until it is time for him (Apuron) to be a Martyr. Presuming he is innocent.
Apuron believes that there is a plot against him by a large collective group of people with power and money. If this happens to be true, then facing that collective group and allowing them to have their way with him would only hurt him, the Catholic Church (as it is already doing), and many many faithful.
So NO, Apuron is not running away, he is fighting the correct way. He is fighting the way you should fight against organized malicious intent. Malicious intent which is obvious by the way the jungle does not make allegations but condemns Apuron as if accusations where automatically and infallibly true and honest. Organized malicious intent made obvious by the relations between accusers, victims, Rohr, the Jungle, CCOG, lawyers, Snap the list goes on. Conflicts of interest shown between Rohr's Real-estate business and his relations to the Yona property, Seminary and his more than obvious hate towards the NCW. Even their involvement and strong presence of putting out the unconstitutional law lifting statutes of limitations. Allowing them to sue the Catholic Church not the individual for millions.(Coincidence? You be the judge)
What is hilarious is that after all these FACTs (not ethereal ideas and accusations) they still claim to be fighting for justice and victims and people believe them.

From The Catechism

It is sad to see that there are some Catholics who have expressed anti-semitic remarks against the Jewish people whom the Catholic Church have established good relations with through the Neocatechumenal Way.  There is much debate as to who is responsible for Jesus' death, and some have blamed the Jewish people for it.  This goes against what the Catholic Church teaches.  Apparently, some Catholics are unaware of the teachings of the Catholic Church.  This is the teaching of the Church and the end of the debate as to who is responsible for Jesus' death. According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church:
Jews are not collectively responsible for Jesus' death
597 The historical complexity of Jesus' trial is apparent in the Gospel accounts. The personal sin of the participants (Judas, the Sanhedrin, Pilate) is known to God alone. Hence we cannot lay responsibility for the trial on the Jews in Jerusalem as a whole, despite the outcry of a manipulated crowd and the global reproaches contained in the apostles' calls to conversion after Pentecost.385 Jesus himself, in forgiving them on the cross, and Peter in following suit, both accept "the ignorance" of the Jews of Jerusalem and even of their leaders.386Still less can we extend responsibility to other Jews of different times and places, based merely on the crowd's cry: "His blood be on us and on our children!", a formula for ratifying a judicial sentence.387 As the Church declared at the Second Vatican Council:
. . . [N]either all Jews indiscriminately at that time, nor Jews today, can be charged with the crimes committed during his Passion. . . [T]he Jews should not be spoken of as rejected or accursed as if this followed from holy Scripture.388
All sinners were the authors of Christ's Passion
598 In her Magisterial teaching of the faith and in the witness of her saints, the Church has never forgotten that "sinners were the authors and the ministers of all the sufferings that the divine Redeemer endured."389 Taking into account the fact that our sins affect Christ himself,390 the Church does not hesitate to impute to Christians the gravest responsibility for the torments inflicted upon Jesus, a responsibility with which they have all too often burdened the Jews alone:
We must regard as guilty all those who continue to relapse into their sins. Since our sins made the Lord Christ suffer the torment of the cross, those who plunge themselves into disorders and crimes crucify the Son of God anew in their hearts (for he is in them) and hold him up to contempt. And it can be seen that our crime in this case is greater in us than in the Jews. As for them, according to the witness of the Apostle, "None of the rulers of this age understood this; for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory." We, however, profess to know him. And when we deny him by our deeds, we in some way seem to lay violent hands on him.391Nor did demons crucify him; it is you who have crucified him and crucify him still, when you delight in your vices and sins.392

Be not afraid

Fortitude is one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It is having the mental and emotional strength in facing difficulty, adversity, and danger.  Courage brothers. Christ, our brother, never said that we would not suffer.  He said that we would be persecuted just as He was persecuted (John 15:20).  All manner of malicious lies have been told about the NCW and its founder. This is a white persecution we are facing.

However, rejoice and be glad!  This persecution and suffering brings us closer to Christ. This persecution is our opportunity of bringing us closer to holiness.  The NCW already has its first martyr, Benedict Daswa, in South Africa. He was murdered because of his faith. Our suffering is being taken up by our brother and Lord Jesus Christ who always walks before and beside us.  So, rejoice and be glad.  Continue to pray for those who persecute us.  Pray for them and forgive them.

Remember the Apostles who were once fearful men.  With the gifts of the Holy Spirit, they were able to face adversity and all kinds of persecution.  They were able to go to their deaths, singing with joy.  With God's grace, they were able to love their persecutors.  We pray and ask God for this same grace.  So remain strong and steadfast in faith brothers.

Evangelization

Today, the churches sit mostly empty except on Christmas, Easter, and during the village fiesta.  This is not happening only on Guam, but everywhere. Asia and Africa are the only two continents where one sees a rise in Catholicism. Europe has shown a sharp decline.  While many Catholics stayed at home or joined other Christian denominations, very little was being done to entice or encourage them back to the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church.

Christ entrusted all of us with the mission to go out and spread the Gospel to the ends of the world.  This mission is not given to the priests and bishops alone.  The Charismatic Catholic Renewal is making much headway in Latin America in bringing fallen away Catholics back to the Church.  According to one report:
In the last century, Pew reports, the percentage of the world's Catholics in Latin America and the Caribbean has risen from 24 percent to 39 percent, with an estimated 425 million of the world's nearly 1.1 billion Catholics residing in the region in 2010.
And part of that Catholic growth in recent decades has come from the rise of Catholic charismatic groups, which from their origins in the late 1960s now attract an estimated more than 70 million followers in Latin America, according to scholars such as Jakob Thorsen of Aarhus University in Denmark.
And those followers, unlike many nominal Catholics on the continent are active and committed.
The Catholic Charismatic Renewal movement has led to an internal revival that has seen Mass attendance rise and some of new converts “or reconverts,” Catholics returning to their faith, according to religion scholar Carlos Frederico Barboza de Souza of the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais.
Like the Charismatic Catholic Renewal, the Neocatechumenal Way have also brought people back to the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. Worldwide, the NCW consist of some former atheists, fallen away Catholics, and non-Catholics. The goal of the NCW is to bring people closer to Jesus Christ in which they come to know Him intimately.

Christ is the mediator between God and His Church.  And His Church is the mediator between Christ and the rest of humanity.  In other words, it is the duty of the Church to bring all humanity to Christ.  This is not the duty of the bishops and priests alone.  Thus, the NCW has mission families, itinerants, and mission communities traveling in small groups and in two by twos.  As shown in the photo below, sometimes the priest evangelizes with the laity.

To evangelize means to go out of the church building.  The message of Pope Francis to the Church:
“But in order to evangelize: ‘Get up and go!’ One doesn’t say: ‘Stay seated, calm, in your house’: No! In order to be faithful to the Lord, the Church should always be on its feet and on the journey: ‘Get up and go.’ A Church that does not rise up, that is not on the journey, is sick.”
“All men, all women have a restlessness in their hearts – [they may be] good or bad, but there is a restlessness. Listen to that restlessness. It’s not saying: ‘Go out and proselytise.’ No, no! ‘Go and listen.’ Listening is the second step. The first: ‘Get up and go’; the second: ‘Listen.’ That ability to listen: What do people feel? What does the heart of the people feel? What does it think? But do they think mistaken things? But I want to hear these mistaken things, in order to understand where the restlessness is. We all have this restlessness within. The second step for the Church is to find the restlessness of the people.”
This message is not only to the laity, but to the priests and bishops as well.  Unfortunately, some priests prefer the comforts of their home inside the church building, waiting for the lost sheep to come to them, while others take to the Internet and social media to evangelize.  While technology has its good usage, this is not the proper way to evangelize.  Face to face human contact is the only way for the second step to take place. The second step is to listen to the people. You cannot know the restlessness within the people unless you meet with them.

The Trademark Of The Jungle

The jungle trademark comes with much pride.  It says I know and I let. It is I who introduced first.   As we have seen in the De Plata Case, his arrival was first announced in the jungle blog before he appeared in the news media. Victims usually come out on their own volition when they feel comfortable.  However, in the jungle's case, someone usually announce their arrival with a trumpet.

Roy Quintanilla was announced in the jungle before he made his public appearance. According to Tim Rohr:
It is now 11:48 AM, Tuesday, May 16. A Day that will live in INFAMY. Bring on that law suit you monster.
Below is a screenshot of the comment above:

On May 17, 2016, Roy Quintanilla made his public appearance surrounded by his lawyer, David Lujan, the media, and family and friends.

Then on June 6, 2016, Tim Rohr told his followers to remember June 7th.  See the screenshot below:

On June 7th, Walter Denton went public surrounded by his lawyer, the media, and family and friends.

The same thing happened to Roland Sondia.  He was introduced by the jungle before he made his public appearance. Tim Rohr told his readers to set their clocks to June 15th at 10:00 am.   See the screenshot below:

On June 15, 2016, Roland Sondia came out in public surrounded by his lawyer, the media, and family and friends.  Victims of sexual abuse usually come out of their own volition when they feel comfortable.  But introducing the alleged victims in the jungle blog first is usually the jungle trademark.

Interestingly enough, the same thing was done to the late Archbishop Felixberto C. Flores.  On May 25th, Tim Rohr stated in his blog (the bold is mine):
This was the plan from the beginning. This is why Adrian brought Pius and the neocats to Guam. David and Adrian knew of Tony Boy's history with boys. And just as Tony Boy used his predecessor's history to manipulate his own episcopal appointment, Adriana, with the aid of the filthy impostor, Putrid, had in mind the same.
Where is the evidence that Monsignor David and Father Adrian knew about the Archbishop's past of sexual abuse?  Did anyone ask Rohr to produce the evidence?  The implication in this statement is that Archbishop Apuron also knew something about Archbishop Flores' past and used it to bribe Flores into making him the successor.  Again, where is the evidence?  Under that same thread, an anonymous poster asked Tim what did Archbishop Apuron know about Flores that allowed him to be the successor? Below is a screenshot of that dialogue:

As with every other priest who has been accused, I let the victims do it first.

What I placed in bold in the comment above became a published post, which you can see here.  There is that "I Let".

To say, "I let the victims do it first," is very unsettling.  Why?  Because it means that the person has control of these alleged victims.  If he can LET these alleged victims do it first, then it also means that he can LET them not do it at all. Based on this screenshot above, we can now infer what Tim meant back in May 25th when he stated, "And just as Tony Boy used his predecessor's history to manipulate his own episcopal appointment,...."

Celebrating Pentecost Vigil

The NCW communities celebrated the Pentecost Vigil, which turned out to be very beautiful.  Some of the communities were combined with others.  In Rome, Pope Francis celebrated the Pentecost Vigil with the Charismatic Catholic Renewal.  Members of the Pentecostal and Evangelical churches in Rome were also invited to the vigil.  Pope Francis gave an inspiring homily, which you can read here.  Pope Francis emphasized on two temptations: diversity without unity and unity without diversity.

According to one news report:
ROME - Rome this weekend is eerily bereft of Romans and traffic. A four-day weekend, and a hot one to boot, offer compelling reasons to make for the beaches.
Call it the calm before the fire. The roads have been cleared for huge numbers of singing, clapping pilgrims in bright red baseball caps here to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal (CCR).
The big event is the Pentecost vigil tonight in the Circus Maximus, when Pope Francis will pray with some 30,000 pilgrims from 230 countries, offering them guidance and, of course, invoking a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Among them will be hundreds of Pentecostal and evangelical leaders who form part of CCR communities.
Meanwhile, it’s been a time for looking back and taking stock of the significance of a movement that began - like the Church itself - from a small group of people swept up by an intense experience of the Holy Spirit: Not, this time, in Jerusalem, but on a campus near Pittsburgh in 1967.
From that so-called “Duquesne weekend” the Renewal spread rapidly, as people were baptised in the Spirit, and new groups and movements appeared across the Church, touching millions. Charismatics speak of the greatest spiritual awakening since the early Church, an “outpouring of grace” for all Catholics.
On Thursday morning at the Vatican’s Urbaniana university, some of the CCR’s leading minds were taking stock of the road traveled so far and thinking about what it has meant for the Church.
To describe this as a symposium doesn’t quite capture it. There was “praise” - including singing in tongues - beforehand, and quite a few of the speakers couldn’t resist kerygmatic outbursts that elicited from the audience outbursts of “Alleluia” and “Praise the Lord!”
When the preacher of the papal household, Franciscan friar Fr. Raniero Cantalamessa, happened to mention ‘Amazing Grace’ halfway through his talk, he couldn’t resist getting us all to sing the first verse.
And when the Pentecostal speaker, Vinson Synan, gave a powerful testimony of the fruits of the outpouring of the Spirit in the Catholic Church, the audience rose up to clap and give praise. He sat back in his chair, arms outstretched, shaking his head and giving thanks - smitten in the Spirit.
But as unusual as this may be in an academic hall in Rome, it’s increasingly the new normal in the Church across the world, a sign of how far this extraordinary movement has come in a matter of decades.
The main takeaway for me was that in the Francis pontificate the two currents of renewal in the modern Church - the “conciliar” and the “charismatic” - are meeting in an exciting new moment that many described as a kairos, or “time of special graces.”
Despite all the talk of the Second Vatican Council as a new Pentecost, and its acknowledgement of the charismatic dimension alongside the institutional, the Holy Spirit didn’t occupy a central role in the documents themselves. According to Cantalamessa, the flourishing of what the Protestant theologian Karl Barth called “third-article” - that is, of the Creed - theology came afterwards, and has been the major innovation in theology since then.
More than one speaker recalled how the Renewal was accepted with remarkable speed in the Catholic Church, especially compared with the way the Pentecostal revival had been rejected by mainstream Protestantism. (Synan had a very funny description of arriving in Rome in 1972 alongside a nun who turned out to be baptized in the Spirit.)
The acceptance was modeled by the popes, beginning with Paul VI in 1975, although most bishops were a lot slower to embrace the new outpouring.
One area which Rome for a long time did not recognize was the charismatic work for Christian unity, according to Fr. Peter Hocken, an English priest long involved in the CCR.
The Renewal was born ecumenical - the fruit of Catholics being prayed over by Pentecostals - and from the start went beyond the conventional theological dialogue model that came out of the Second Vatican Council.
Hocken calls this extra element “charismatic ecumenism,” because it involves discerning the action of the Holy Spirit in - and recognizing the gifts poured out by the Spirit on - other denominations. One of its “striking hallmarks,” he says, is “the radical equality of all those baptized in the Holy Spirit,” one that “requires a new formulation of our convictions.”
Despite the embraces of Karl Rahner and Yves Congar, theologians in the 1980s and 1990s were suspicious that charismatic ecumenism was insufficiently ecclesial and too “emotional,” a fear that only began to disappear after St. John Paul II’s 1999 Ut Unum Sint.
Now, says Hocken, Pope Francis in both word and action “is bringing to an end the lack of connection between official ecumenism and charismatic ecumenism. This is very significant.”
Francis’s outreach to Pentecostals and evangelicals has been marked his insistence that the “current of Grace” represented by the Renewal is fruit of the one Holy Spirit calling the Christian Churches into unity, not through proselytism or purely intellectual dialogue but in revealing their oneness in diversity.
Under Francis, the conciliar and the charismatic renewals are being brought together, Hocken says, in a “Kairos moment of great opportunity.”
Long before he became pope, Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio was practising this “ecumenical ecumenism” in Buenos Aires, giving his support to huge joint Catholic-evangelical meetings in Luna Park stadium.
Two of them were attended by Cantalamessa, who was deeply impressed by the Archbishop of Buenos Aires’s extraordinary openness to the current of Grace. “I’ve never seen a bishop in front of an interconfessional audience declare, ‘this is the Church’,” he told me during a break on Thursday.
In his talk, the preacher to the papal household noted how the longstanding western cultural perception of Christianity as gloomy rather than joyful was the result of a practical reduction of the role of Grace. In effect, western Christianity - less so in the east - over time came to focus almost exclusively on the power of Grace to free from sin, rather than on the new life in Christ it brought.
One of the effects of the the current of grace enabled by the Renewal (and the Pentecostal revival before it), has been to bring back that balance, “allowing us to restore to Christian salvation the rich and inspiring content consisting of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and the new life in Christ.”
This what what Paul VI meant, said Cantalamessa, when he spoke in 1975 of the Renewal as a “chance for the Church and the world.”
What Cantalamessa called “a joyous, contagious Christianity in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit without the gloom Neitzsche reproached Christianity for” is captured, of course, in the titles of Francis’s two exhortations, ‘The Joy of the Gospel’ and ‘The Joy of Love.’
In Francis, says Hocken, there is a “new emphasis on the creativity of the Holy Spirit,” reminding people that while some things may stay the same, nothing is ever merely repeated, and that God is constantly doing new things.
That can often be missed, he says, by Catholics anxious to find a precedent for everything in past tradition - yet tradition is precisely made up of the new things God has done for His Church.
But maybe it takes the Holy Spirit to see that.

Historical Timeline 4

On August 19, 2015, Tim Rohr was interviewed by Patti Arroyo. You can listen to that interview below:

Tim Rohr interview

During the interview, a call came in from Mae Ada. Does she have any connections to the jungle circle? Yes. She is a member of LFM and has also been seen carrying a "Defrock Apuron" sign.  Although she never identified the person on the talk show, the alleged victim was later identified as Walter Denton in the jungle.

Nevertheless, Tim Rohr wrote about Mae Ada' s call in. You can find that post here.  According to Tim Rohr (The bold is mine):

John Toves called Patti Arroyo this morning, repeated his allegations against Apuron, and invited Apuron to sue him.

But there is bigger news here. During Patti's follow up call to me, a "Mae" phones in and relates first hand knowledge of what most people know as the "Agat boy(s)."
However, a comment by Rohr showed that he was already aware of this "bigger news".  Tim posted this comment on his blog (the bold is mine) Note the time and date:

To clarify, there is no accusation against Fr. Jack. The reference to his name appears to be related to the fact that the alleged victims may have confided in Fr. Jack at the time since he was Apuron's assistant when he was in Agat.
Below is a screenshot of the above comment:

NOTE:  It was not until May 17, 2016 (9 months later) when the public finally learned that Roy Quintanilla stated that he confided in Father Jack.

On June 10, 2016, Tim Rohr spoke again on the Patti Arroyo talk show.  In this interview, Rohr admitted that he worked with a group of people for three years, 24/7, and who invested over a hundred thousand dollars to work with people who claimed to be victimized by Archbishop Apuron.  You can listen to the interview below:

First of all, this interview with Patti Arroyo (dated June 10, 2016) does not match what was written in Rohr's Orchestrated account in his blog dated June 21, 2016. For example, according to Tim Rohr (the bold is mine):
I found out that Walter had already sent his account to Rome. I didn't know how he got around to doing this until I heard Walter talk of it during his interviews here with the media a couple weeks ago. According to Walter, he had approached a lawyer friend of his who had instructed him to write "the nuncio" and to be as detailed as possible.
However, in the interview with Patti Arroyo, Rohr admitted that he was the one who was involved in getting Walter's letter sent to Rome. So, one question is why the inconsistency in his stories?

Finally and most importantly, who is this group of people that Rohr worked with for THREE YEARS, 24/7, and who invested over a hundred thousand dollars? Yes, you heard correctly.  Tim Rohr stated that he worked with a group of people who did the work, provided the money and power. So, who were these lay people who did the work and provided the money and the power?  How was the money provided and used?

About 2 months later after Mae Ada called in, we saw that Tim had given a sex abuse ad to SNAP who then posted it on their BishopAccountability website on November, 2015. According to the ad (the bold is mine):
Guam
Jungle Watch
If you or someone you know was the victim of sexual abuse during these periods and at these locations, you no longer have to remain silent. In addition to the Vatican office of the Promoter of Justice (linked in the sidebar) we are in touch with SNAP and attorneys willing to assist you confidentially.
You can contact me directly at timrohr.guam@gmail.com or you can have a third party get in touch with me and I will put you in touch with our legal people..........
Below is a screenshot of the ad published in the jungle, which you can also find here.

As you can see, the jungle and SNAP were working together.  It was only recently that Rohr tried to distance himself from SNAP simply because SNAP is currently facing a lawsuit.

Justice For Victims?

Guam's sex abuse scandal was unique in that it was never started by the alleged victims or investigative news reporters.  Rather, it was started by people who opposed Archbishop Apuron. Ironically enough, some of these people who are crying "justice for the victims" do not appear to have much concern for them. As I pointed out earlier, the first person to accuse Archbishop Apuron was John Toves. Yet, the removal of Father Paul and Monsignor James was so important to him that John Toves admitted that he revealed his cousin's name through the social media without even asking his permission.  You can listen to John's interview below:

John Toves interview

If justice for the alleged victims was really the intention, why reveal the name of the alleged victim without his permission?  Why treat the alleged victim with such wanton disregard?  Even Rohr has shown no sympathy for some of the victims.  In one sentence, he cries out justice for the alleged victims.  Then in another sentence, he does the following (See the screenshots below):

This is not the first time that Rohr has shown indifference to an alleged victim. He also discredited another alleged victim.  See my post here. One then has to wonder what is the real agenda?  What is the real intention?
