To The Brothers In The Way

Because I have work and things to do, I am not always on the computer.  When I log in the late afternoon today, I found 10 more unpublished comments, which I have not yet approved until after I read them.  Dear brothers and sisters walking in the Way, I hope that you are not one of those who copied or downloaded those personal letters in Junglewatch and sent them to the Nuncio.  Remember that those letters are published only on Junglewatch, and the copyright still belongs to the author.  To even copy them without the permission from the writer is wrong.  What I ask from you is that you pray for Tim Rohr and all those who have persecuted us. One poster stated that we are not here for revenge, and he/she is correct.

We are also not here for justice.  We have more important things to do than to seek justice.  Let it go and leave justice to God.  We are also not here to exalt and praise ourselves, but to exalt and praise God.  We have more important things ahead of us, which Christ called us to do.  Christ called us to be holy as He is holy, and to spread the Gospel.  As baptized Catholics, it is our mission to bring all people to Christ.

  2. Thank you! I hope and pray that others will slowly move away from the jungle! To even cut and paste information from the jungle shows that one wants to pick a feud and aggravate people.

I have only been with the NCW a short time. To read comments that are so unchristian like in the jungle by people who associate themselves with the NCW is very disappointing. These remarks do cast a dark cloud over me as to whether the NCW is actually right for me. But with faith and prayer I continue to stay on the path.

    1. It is not picking a feud when you tell the truth. The Lord admonished: "Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house." (Matt 5:15) When you tell the truth to those who don't know or hide the truth, you help them to overcome their blindness. If you keep being silent, they will never know what they are doing and will think it is okay. If you warn sinners with charity in your heart, you give them a chance to convert. Just as we are also sinners and want to be converted.

    2. Dear Anonymous at 3:20 p.m.,

That depends on what kind of light one puts on the stand. Satan is called the "Angel of Light" for a reason (See 2 Corinthians 11:14). And Satan's light has nothing to do with revealing truth, but with self-glorification.

We live in a democracy, not a totalitarian state. In a democracy, laws are in placed to protect individual rights. That means that no one is above the law, and everyone is subject under the law. We do not live in a totalitarian state where a vigilante or state police can violate a person's right by stealing personal papers anytime he/she wants from anyone and publishing it without permission from the owner.

    3. You are right, Diana. I meant the truth should be put on a stand here, in your WEB-site, because you say the truth. It is not "picking a feud" when you tell Tim Rohr to behave, at least, as a decent human being.
The truth is that he used stolen material from the Cardinal of Manila. Now everybody recognized his fault. He betrayed Cardinal Tagle by publishing his personal letter, even though it was not addressed to anybody at the Junglewatch. Even the U Matuna published correction, so Tim Rohr had no reason to brag.
He is fuming when we tell him the truth about this situation, but we don't tell him in order to make a fight. We tell him so that he may look into his own ways and repent.

  3. Anon 6:39 PM walking in the way is discovery of Christian maturity and rediscovering our baptismal which the Catholic Church teaches but you have to remember people who are in Community are also human also. It's difficult to sit back if someone insult your parents meaning our mother church. For instance called as a cult which is not true. Like my Abuelo ( Grandfather) said you keep kicking the dog it will bite back. We are all learning this journey and discovering the will of Christ. But I can say that I have great love for the Archbishop and the Pope and this charism. Without this charism I'll probably be DEAD.

    1. Anon7:14 for the few years since joining the NCW, aside by trying to live as Christ did, I also live by the proverb " Sticks and stones may break by bones, but words will never harm me."

    2. Anonymous at 7:11 AM, did you find the proverb/words "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never harm me" in the book of Proverbs? Or in the book of Sirach? Or another one of the books? I've heard it before and didn't know it was from the Bible, and I can't find it in my Bible.

Please share the book, chapter and verse because I really don't remember reading that in my Bible.
Or maybe Diana can help you out if you're new in walking.
Diana, please help your brother/sister out and help him/her find the proverb in the Bible.

      Thanks

    3. Dear Anonymous at 10:50 a.m.,

You know as well as I do that Anonymous 7:11 a.m, was never referring to the Book of Proverbs. He was referring to a wise proverbial saying.

  4. Sorry you folks start with the notion that you all are like Christ trumpeting it with arrogance absent of any humility. So that all may hear and see. You make blinking neon signs of yourselves of how Christian you are. Yet you forget that in your ingratiating smugness categorizing yourselves as the holy persecuted ones, you actually bring yourself further down the wrong road...

Here you are insinuating page after page after page on a man's actions. And why is that? Because he brought the truth out. ..... All those days gone by, the glorification, that certainty, pomp and ceremony, the prestige, of the Guam NCW being invited by someone of high standing. All wrong. All untrue.

Downplayed as a simple error? Oh how crestfallen...

And then the next day you have a self revelation saying you are not here to seek justice? Stinks of a boatload of malarky.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 10:03 p.m.,

There was no arrogance in this post. There is no praising or self-glorification. Arrogance and self-glorification only came from Tim Rohr. It was his self-glorification that brought him to this. When I said that I was wrong, this is what Tim stated on his blog:

"3. Speaking of Diana, I heard that after I posted NOW CLICK HERE yesterday she said that she "stands corrected." Sorry Diana, THAT MEANS NOTHING. It means NOTHING because YOU ARE NOTHING. You are NOTHING because you choose to remain an anonymous entity and thus no responsibility accrues to you for anything. There is no cost to you for being wrong, but you were all ready to destroy me and had already started.

      http://www.junglewatch.info/2014/06/erratum.html

Bernie pointed out that Junglewatch had more than 100 posts of self-glorification after revealing Tagle's letter. That number has now gone over 200. Over 200 comments of self-glorification.

Nowhere in any of my blog do I praise myself or glorify myself the way he did. All I ask from Tim Rohr was 1) how did he obtain personal letters not addressed to him and 2) did he obtain permission from the writers of those letters to have the letters published? If he feels that he has done nothing wrong, he would not be feeling guilty. But he is feeling guilty, and he has been brought low because of the sin of his pride.

Proverbs 16:5 The LORD detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished.

    2. We have to raise a voice when someone is looking down other people just because of their gender. Tim Rohr is so condescending and patronizing with women, he thinks he can afford that. he did the same with Jennifer Dulla and Diana. He assumes females cannot be smart, especially not smarter than he is. This is blatant sexism. Diana, for one, is more prepared in faith matters than Tim Rohr, as this blog shows. Sexism is making judgment on people based on their gender. This is wrong! We have to tell him, otherwise he won't ever change and will cause suffering to his own female family members and the women getting contact with him.

    3. Dear Anonymous,

Tim Rohr looked down on almost everyone who disagreed with him. He not only humiliates women, but men as well. He humiliated Zoltan, David G., and many others, so gender is not a problem with him. He has been trying to figure out my identity. He accused me of being a priest and a female lawyer. I am none of those. I was also accused of being Jennifer Dulla and Pat Cottman. I am not Jennifer or Pat. I think they're starting to think that I'm either a doctor or a wife of a lawyer. Some even think that I am a plural of persons rather than a singular person.

MY, my Diana. Stop talking about punishment. God's JUSTICE is His MERCY. Maybe you didn't get to that step yet. Please Post this comment. Your posting of people's comments are few and far between..First of all, there aren't that many comments. Second of all, you make your own comments and respond to YOURSELF, Diana. That's just wierd.

    5. Dear Anonymous at 2:33 pm,

First of all, I do not make any anonymous responses to myself. All the comments I published are from real people although they remain anonymous.

Finally, are you forgetting that there is a Hell? If God's justice is mercy , as you say, then what is Hell for? Also, there is a big difference between "forgiveness of sins" and "punishment of sins". Just read the story of King David who killed Bathsheba's husband and took Bathsheba for himself . As a result of that sin, God told David that his child with Bathsheba will be taken from him. David then repented. God forgave David, but the child STILL died. Did you not know that the Catholic Church teaches that Purgatory is not only for the purging of sins, but also for the "punishment of sins" that are already forgiven.
