RMS Guam is also below par compared to other Redemptoris Mater Seminaries in the U.S. mainland, such as Newark, Denver, D.C., and Boston. Why would this be? Because the bishops of those diocese require RMS seminarians to take courses in another seminary to ensure they receive all the required education as part of their formation for the priesthood.Guam RMS was officially shut down on December 15, 2017. And lo and behold...ONLY four months after it was shut down, Martin Munoz and Victor Vitug were ordained Deacons in April 2018. If Guam RMS was such a sham as CCOG claimed, it would have taken much longer for a former Guam RMS seminarian to be ordain a deacon, but they had excellent instructors....instructors who were approved by the Pope's University in Rome. Subsequently, other Guam RMS seminarians became ordained into the clergy. In May 2018, Juan Alberto Gomez, was ordained a priest and in June 2018, another Guam seminarian, Paul O'Reilly was ordained a deacon in Ireland, and the list goes on. We congratulate all these men from Guam RMS. Their calling from God is true, and they are happy. Their communities rejoice with them on their ordinations. The death of Guam RMS has produced many fruits for other dioceses in the universal Church. Below is a photo of two men from Guam now serving other Dioceses: Deacon Darren Santo Tomas and Father James Arriola.
UPDATE:
Someone sent me a photo of Deacon Preston Perez. Not all the seminarians were from other countries. A few were from Guam. Preston Perez, Darren Santo Tomas, and Father James Arriola are from Guam, but now serve other Dioceses in the United States. Kudos to them! The fact that some RMS seminarians from Guam were able to be ordained into the clergy only four months and shortly after Guam RMS was shut down is a proven fact that Guam RMS was indeed a true diocesan seminary.
The evilness of it all is that those who falsely claim to care about the church fought to destroy it and removed future priest (which is something coveted in every diocese) from it's own diocese further helping the destruction of the catholic church. At least some realtors will get a nice payday from the churches they'll be forced to sell.

At all times follow your heart.
Seminarians Gabriel Camacho and Ashton Benavente Wong were also from the former Guam RMS. They will both be ordained Deacons in May 2020.
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous at 11:31 am,
DeleteThank you for the information.
Edmund Ilg and Drazen Hosi were also from the former Guam RMS and were ordained with Darren and Preston.
ReplyDeleteMark 16:15 from the New Jerusalem Bible says "And he said to them, 'Go out to the whole world; proclaim the gospel to all creation." This is exactly what the former Guam RMS Seminarians are doing today.
ReplyDeleteHow do I send you pics of the Ordinations?
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous at 3:55 pm,
DeleteYou cannot. There are only two people (besides my husband) who have my email address.
Ok
ReplyDeleteGuys today’s gospel reading is beautiful and what is happening here on Guam and it says for those who testify for the truth inhabits the kingdom of god and we are being kicked out for the truth so god is working in this time
ReplyDeleteDear God is one,
DeleteI also loved Sunday’s readings. I also find it appropriate for what the NCW is going through.
