    1. Dear Anonymous at 4:27 am,

No. Archbishop Byrnes rejected him. Do you not remember? Archbishop Byrnes said that he did not need that TYPE of priest. According to the Pacific Daily News:

"The main reason for closing the seminary is that it is just not a sustainable model for the Archdiocese of Agana," he said, adding that the RMS model envisions a type and formation of priesthood that works in a place like Denver or Miami, for example, where there are millions of Catholics.“

    2. The legal problems of Tim Rohr and David Sablan may have Bishop Byrnes rethinking whatever advice he received from them. If anything, whatever influence CCOG (David Sablan) and the jungle (Tim Rohr) have regarding church matters, I think, are now greatly diminished.

I am wondering what other dark secrets may come to light. Members of the Archdiocesan Curia may wonder who is next.

    3. Diana, people arriving by the lottery leave the island following the same lottery. When everything is random, everything is also unpredictable. Some things go up, other things go down. Is it not much better to rely on something more decent?

In the case with Father Juan Gomez, no lottery took place.

  2. Blessed are you when people hate you,
when they exclude you and insult you
and reject your name as evil,
because of the Son of Man.

Thank you AB Anthony and Fr. Adrian, your yes is the reason I am alive today. Your yes is the reason I am still catholic. Your yes gave me my vocation one I never expected but God prepared for me and my wife.

  4. Yes, it matters. We still pray for our seminarians. Preston should be a priest already.
