Dr. Eusebio was interviewed in the Travis Coffman talk show.  He explained that the RM Seminary in Yona is accredited by the Lateran University in Rome. The web link is below:

  1. I truly believe that the RMS will be Archbishop Apuron's legacy to this island and with great certainty in the Diocese's best interest. I do not understand why the LFM and twin CCOG do not see the good that will come out of all of this. If they want to KILL the RMS good luck and not if those seminarians Father in heaven has anything to say about it!
Good job Dr. Eusebio and thank you for setting the record straight. One last note - any politician who aligns him or herself with the LFM and CCOG WILL NOT have my vote !

Good thing that Pius instructed someone in the NCW to run for office then. At least you have a neo to vote for.

  4. Yes, does anyone know if there are any politicians that are affiliated with these LFM or CCOG? If so, please provide the list. I would love to NOT vote for them.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 9:37 pm,

I already knew about it since yesterday because Tim Rohr announced his arrival...as usual. The alleged victims never seem to come out on their own.

    2. It wasn't an alleged victim that came out. It was a witness. Does anyone notice anything strange about what the witness said regarding what he saw?

    3. You sound like you still doubt the truth. How many will have to come forward with their horrible stories before you finally believe that your beloved Apuron had a problem??

    4. Dear Anonymous at 11:02 am,

Yes. First of all, the 10 year old alleged victim whom he saw does not appear to be fighting back at all, but seems to be a willing participant. The 10 year old alleged victim did not cry out for help at all.

Secondly, the act was done in the open. Sexual predators hide their crimes from others. They are not open about it.

In the third place, the witness seem to go about his business as though nothing out of the ordinary was happening.

Finally, when the witness' brother came in, the perpetrators did nothing to hide their crime but continued to do what they were doing. The witness' brother saw everything because the perpetrators did not make any attempts to hide.

    5. To me, that was what was really scary: that they would treat it as if it was nothing if anyone saw them. Remember, Fr. Broulliard (sp?) even said he did it because he thought that's what the boys liked. And then that Pale Cruz (Chalan Pago) called the kid to come help him, and he was not hiding what he was doing and what he wanted! It happened in Boston, in San Francisco, and other cities in the U.S.---and even on Guam?

I always heard rumors about the altar boys and priests, but never wanted to believe them. Even if only half of what we heard was true, that's too many. Time to clean up our church, Diana.

    6. how do you feel right with yourself explaining that a TEN YEAR OLD was a WILLING PARTICIPANT in such an act!? how would you feel if that were your son-whether the accused be the current archbishop or nothing to do with the church?

    7. Dear Anonymous at 12:59 pm,

Did you not hear Mr. Ramon's testimony to PDN? Nothing in his testimony said that the 10 year old was crying for help.

    8. Dear Anonymous at 12:05 pm,

Father Louis was hiding. The victim was alone with his perpetrators. In the case of Father Antonio, the witnesses were there with the alleged victim and the perpetrators.

    9. you didnt read the question right. there was no question or mention of Mr Ramon's testimony other than YOUR statement "the 10 year old alleged victim whom he saw does not appear to be fighting back at all, but seems to be a willing participant."

what i got out of your comment was you justifying a 10 year old can be a willing participant in such an act. now that does not sit well. REGARDLESS OF THE ACCUSED BEING PART OF THE CHURCH.

    10. Why didn't the older brother do anything to help the 10 yr. old child? He just came to pick up his younger brother and that was it?

    11. That's a very good question, Anon. 1:46 pm.

    12. Diana @1:33-
You misunderstood....what I was trying to say was that there appeared to be an understanding that it was an accepted practice to use the young boys. Fr. Louis said he thought so, Apuron & Cruz apparently didn't care if they were seen, etc. Maybe that's why there was so much of it going around.
And included in the problem is that the people who knew it was wrong, kept quiet. I'm not taking about the kids here---they were following their adult leaders---I'm talking about the other priests who knew.

    13. Diana @ 11:46 AM, are you seriously claiming that the 10-year-old altar boy was a "willing participant" in that sexual activity???
As someone who constantly refers to "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law" I would expect you to know that as a 10-year old, the MINOR CANNOT BE CONSIDERED A "WILLING PARTICIPANT" in that activity. If anything, that 10-year-old altar boy would be considered a VICTIM, not a "willing participant."
MINORS especially one as young as 10 years old ARE NOT COMPETENT to agree to sexual activity. Get that straight in your head.
If you are expressing the beliefs of the NCW by labeling that child as a "willing participant" then you are more confused than I thought. Someone called you an idiot. I just thought you were ignorant or confused.

    14. Dear Anonymous at 6:23 pm,

Actually, it was Ramon's testimony that made it look like he was a willing participant that he just casually turned his head and continued on to use the restroom, it does seem a bit odd. After all the 9 year old girl who was in an attempted kidnapping recently screamed and fought back. The only time a victim would not fight back would be when he has a knife at his throat or a gun to his head. Ramon did not mention any knife or gun.

  6. How Could Tim get away with all these lies, he knows the bishop innocent, getting all these people to come out, they're all lying, for what 500,000 Church Money, WOW!! real Catholics

    1. Maybe because they're NOT lies and Apuron is guilty? How could Tim get all those people to come forth with those stories and tell them with such sincerity??

  7. Diana what are you talking about? It is very difficult for victim to come out alone. This is why it takes many years for a victim or witness to come forward. They need help encouragement to take the first step into spiritual freedom.
We have to spend time with victims helping them to connect with their memory to paint the face of their abuser. The portrait so often points to an immoral insane former religious leader of Guam.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 12:04 pm,

In this case, Anonymous at 11:02 is correct. This was not a victim. He was a witness, and his brother who saw the same thing was also a witness. Unfortunately, Father Antonio has passed away and cannot speak for himself. It is the same with Father Jack.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 12:05 pm,

You stated: "to connect with their memory to paint the face of their abuser"?????? If they cannot remember their abuser, why would you want to paint the face of their abuser to them? Better yet....?How did you PAINT the face of their abuser to them when they could not remember?

  9. Abuse victims paint dark colors over the face of their abusers. My role using paint crayons is to help the victim remove the dark colors to re see the face of the abuser underneath the color. Once the victim sees the face the image transfers from the mind to the portrait.
Highly effective method. We see now a rather insane face of the former bishop being painted by adults 50 plus.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 1:58 pm,

Are you so certain that you are removing the dark colors or are YOU painting over the dark colors to make it who you want the abuser to be?

    2. It is true such a threapy is used. However, it is only a threapy. Outcome depends on those applying this threapy. Important to evaluate backgrounds of those applying the technique. It is possibe such threapy could influence the victim.

    3. I can't imagine a doctor painting fake portraits into a victim. That would be serious sin Diana.

  10. Threapist is only an instrument to help the victim come to terms with abuse .
Simply going over the abuse of a victim in a particular rector church school we can help the victim see the face of the abuser. Eg. I can help you see the face of your grandmother who baked you oatmeal cookies 50 years ago. Modern Psychology helps our minds.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 2:25 pm,

I believe in the principle that a man is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. I live in a democratic country.

As for Father Louis, he has admitted his guilt; therefore, there is no doubt in his case. As for Father Antonio. He has passed away. So, he cannot speak for himself. He is being accused of sex abuse by a witness who claimed that he saw him and archbishop Apuron abusing a young boy. The Archbishop can speak for himself and I am certain that Ramon's testimony will be forwarded to Rome where his trial has already begun.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 2:37 pm.

Which stories would that be? Would it be of the stories of Father Antonio alone or the recent stories with the Archbishop added to it? Archbishop Apuron was 19 years old at that time. He later attended a seminary in the United States, and there was no recorded incident of sexual molestation by Archbishop Apuron in the seminary he attended off-island.
