In Response To Sunday Picketer

Sunday Picketer made the following comment, which can be found here:
Anonymous 11:40 AM, there are a lot of manamko on the picket line but we're not all manamko AND like the manamko I know what I'm picketing for and who I'm protesting against.
I'm picketing for Apuron to be permanently removed as Archbishop so sometimes I carry the APURON OUT sign. Sometimes I carry the DEFROCK APURON sign because I believe that he ruined the lives of many more young boys besides the 3 who have accused him and the 1 dead man whose story was shared by his mother and brother.
Diana pointed out that Mr. Sondia was on the radio with Patti Arroyo without his lawyer present. The difference between the June 2016 K57 interview and the one last week with Cardinal Burke is that in June there was no lawsuit pending. But as of November 2016 David Lujan officially became Mr. Sondia's lawyer when Mr. Sondia filed the lawsuit against Apuron. It's not a good idea for a layman like Mr. Sondia to face the representatives of the Church who are all ordained like Apuron without his lawyer. Let's face it. The priests and Cardinal Burke are more interested in protecting the Church from scandal than they are about Mr. Sondia.

BTW: From what I've been told and from what I've read from former members, if anyone is being used and deceived it's the members of the NCW who cannot make decisions without the permission of their higher-ups who tell them which job to take, who to date or marry, when and where to go on vacation, etc, etc, etc
This is my response:

Dear Sunday Picketer,

First of all, David Lujan officially became Roland Sondia's lawyer when he publicly announced his accusation against Archbishop Apuron at a press conference with David Lujan standing right beside him.  See the photo below:

You stated that there was no lawsuit pending.  However, there was an anticipation of a lawsuit.  Why?  Because on May 13, 2016 in response to the paid sex ads targeting the Archbishop, Archbishop Apuron came out and stated that he will file a lawsuit against those who are defaming him. According to KUAM news:
Last Friday - on Friday the 13th - the Archdiocese of Agana announced plans to file a civil suit against those spreading lies about the church and Archbishop Anthony Apuron.

There was already an anticipation of a lawsuit before any of the alleged victims came out.  In fact, Tim Rohr admitted through news media that he obtained a lawyer for the alleged victims due to this anticipation of a lawsuit that was announced by the Archdiocese on May 13th. Furthermore, KUAM news reported that David Lujan was officially Mr. Sondia's lawyer.

However, even with the anticipation of a lawsuit that was made by Archbishop Apuron, Mr. Sondia was allowed to testify to the media without the presence of his lawyer.  He was also allowed to testify in the public hearing for a bill that would lift the statutes of limitation, and again without the presence of his lawyer.

The only difference between the Patti Arroyo talk show and the Vatican investigators is that Patti Arroyo never swore Mr. Sondia in.  The Vatican investigators, on the other hand, would ask Mr. Sondia to swear to tell the truth before the Almighty God.

Secondly, Roland Sondia is not the one on trial.  Archbishop Apuron is the one on trial.  The investigators were there to get depositions in order to determine what the truth is so that a just judgement of guilty or not guilty would be rendered onto Archbishop Apuron.  So, what does Roland Sondia and his lawyer have to fear when they were not the ones on trial?  The Pope will judge Archbishop Apuron's fate after the documents are reviewed in the canonical trial; therefore, that was an opportunity for Mr. Sondia to finally tell his side of the story to the Vatican, and he refused.  His refusal makes the case for Archbishop Apuron stronger and in his favor.

Finally, you stated: "if anyone is being used and deceived it's the members of the NCW...."  Sunday Picketer, YOU were the one who was deceived into believing that there was no canonical trial.  The jungle led you to believe that the canonical trial did not exist.  Now, you know it exists.  YOU were deceived into believing that Archbishop Apuron was hiding out in the seminary that some of the Sunday picketers showed up at the doorsteps of the seminary demanding to speak to Apuron.  Now, you know that Archbishop Apuron was never on Guam.

  1. This is the problem I see. The head honchos from the Vatican came to the island to get the depositions of the victims. They should have explained to David Lujan the process because no one in the islands knows except the Vatican peeps. It could have been handled better.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 1:12 pm,

David Lujan was intent on being present no matter what. The media already published that everything will be in secret and the lawyer cannot be present with his client. As a matter of fact, I stated in my published post that the lawyer cannot be there because I got that information from the media.

    2. Anon at 1:12 pm, it was handled by Lujan exactly as was ordered from the mainland.

  2. Anon at 8:18 pm, oh really?! You had prevented the tribunal from doing its job. Now, our archbishop will walk. No punishment will be carried out without supporting evidence. You don't have to be a rocket scientists to figure this out. Lol!

  3. The manamko still does not get it! They were duped by atty Lujan. They have been used as cannon balls for months to carry around the very same "defrock" signs week after week under the scorching sun. For what reason? May I ask again for what reason? So that Lujan can blow all their chances in one single day?! Really?

Don't think, a humiliated Cardinal Burke will come back again to Guam. If that was what you wanted, you should be happy now!

if someone rolls a stone, it will roll back on them.

They dug a pit in my path—
but they have fallen into it themselves.

    1. The Sunday picketers should picket against Tim Rohr and David Lujan! They are the ones who blocked progress and plotted to ridicule the gullibility of the manamko who still slavishly carry their signs from week to week on the Cathedral's sacred ground.

Yes, Rohr and Lujan conspired to deny information from the Vatican tribunal. Do you still want to defrock Archbishop Apuron? Really?! How? We all have ridiculous desires that we would like to have. But, hey, we don't carry it over written on big placards!

It is time to sober up. Lujan said he won't be satisfied by hunting down Apuron alone. He goes for the full plate of Vatican officials, including the Pope! Yeah, they want to hunt down Pope Francis! Rohr's latest rant is about how suspicious he is of all the appointees of Pope Francis. Hello, it is not at the Craziness 101 level anymore, it is Craziness went wild all way down to hell!

SNAP and their secular allies on the mainland high five and laugh so hard at Rohr's every move! Why? Because they knew it! They knew how easy it is to fool a bunch of self-appointed "church defenders" to make them destroy what they think they defend... It is called the sin of pride in the Bible. SNAP and the secularists are overjoyed that everything works out with the Jungle Watch plot.

Rohr's people are so enamored with themselves that they don't even notice whose agenda they are advancing. Should we cry or should we pray for them?

  4. It is amazing how this people are destroying a life based on hearsay and no hard evidence.
I HAVE been in the NCW for over 20 years and no one has ever told me what to do, or have I felt that I must ask permission from anyone. Where the hell do they get these interpretations. To think that it is enough to justify their actions when they have no facts or evidence. They believe they believe. That's exactly what they do believe in non existent truths made up by their Leader Pope Rohr, or so they want to think.

    1. They know nothing about how we walk. It is all superstition what they spread. Whatever they say has nothing to do with the NCW. They have no clue how ignorant they are.

    2. Anonymous @ 3:40 PM what ever happened to "Thank you for your persecution" instead of "Where the hell"???
You guys used to be so good at crying "persecution" but maybe that's because you were told to say that. My heart is breaking.

  5. Dear Anonymous at 2:53 pm,

I agree. This what happens when they spread the lie that Catholic Church has covered up sexual abuses for CENTURIES. The jungle have managed to get even Attorney Lujan into believing this lie about the Church. As a result, he told all his clients not to speak to the Vatican investigators. They have dug a pit and they fell in it themselves. They now have only themselves to blame.

Then to work accross the street ALL THESE YEARS, and they make his so called priest attacker Archbishop...he says nothing??? Just doesnt add up, just seems too concocted...just sayin!!! Dont get me started on the other accusers. As a mother, I would have stormed to the island, and raised hell if on my sons death bed he confides this secret. 9. Since the beginning the archbishop threatened to sue. Why did he not sue for defamation? It would've stopped the avalanche if he actually did what he said he would do. How many accusers? If he sued every one of them he would still be in that chancery on the hill and not in hiding.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Anon @ 9:26 pm
Who says he wont sue for defamation. The problem is that his character has already been defamed and destroyed. At this point people already believe the accusers without any evidence. He is doing the right thing. Clearing his name through trial and evidence, then he can sue for defamation to further clear this name.

  11. Well, gloves off from Rohr, the conspirators' camp finally abandoned all pretexts and unmasked its ugly face. Jungle Watch is turning frontal against Pope Francis right now! What the manamko is unaware of is that from now on they are protesting against the Pope at the picket line.

"Defrock Apuron" is just the cover-up, what they really say is "impeach Francis"! Yeah. Somebody should tell them already!

    ReplyDelete
  12. Yep JW Camp indirectly calling to impeach Pope Francis. Motives become clear. Direct assult on Pope Francis. Once more conspirators are turning against pope.

  13. Becoming clearer who the conspirators against papal powers are. Organized campaign against Archbishop Anthony is to weaken authority of Pope Francis.

  14. Who are these conspirators against Pope?
