What a shame that the Umatuna did not find some space to publish this news. After all, it shows a vibrant life in our Church, and young people receiving a good catechesis. Surely there is no censorship involved?
I agree. What I find even more shameful is that the Umatuna decided to print on the front page that CCOG will be welcoming Bishop Athanasius Schneider, who is opposed to the NCW. Bishop Schneider will be the guest speaker for CCOG. You can read the story in the Umatuna.
Only goes to show that CCOG is still trying to brainwash people into believing that the NCW is not Catholic. Let's hope and pray that people remember that it was CCOG who supported a law lifting the statutes of limitations so that the Catholic schools and parishes be sold. I don't hear CCOG protesting when lawyers demanded that FD Memorial School be sold. NO protest, not even a concern about the students of FD.
Too bad CCOG couldn't think of organizing something like this. Instead, they continue to attack the Way by bringing in a Bishop to talk bad about the NCW. This bishop has been talking bad about the NCW on the internet and news media. So, you can bet the reason CCOG have him as a guest speaker is to have him badmouth the NCW. Obviously, it still bothers CCOG that we're still around.
I hope that would not be the case. The Nuncio who will be at the Pallium Mass is supportive of the NCW. There are thousands of bishops and cardinals who support the Way. However, what is really more important is that the NCW has the support of the Pope......so much so that he established a pontifical RMS in Macau and allowed the NCW to run it. In the future, there will be 20,000 priests from China. For decades, female babies were murdered in China, leaving the country with more men than women. Therefore, it is possible that God will call 20,000 priests from China as Kiko predicted.
Yep. It's so sad the Umatuna didn't publish anything about this. Just look at all the youth in those photos! :) The event was a huge success! At least PDN covered it.
The families and children truly enjoyed these festivities. Kudos to the Way for continuing their walk, supporting the youth in their faith journey, and support of the family.

ReplyDeleteThe three Magis is an event celebrated in many different Catholic countries. Some countries even hold a parade. We had a royal carnival.
