Historical Timeline #3

On May 4, 2015, John Toves claimed to have found a second victim who was allegedly molested by Archbishop Apuron. He wrote about it in the jungle, which can be found here.  According to John Toves (the bold is mine):
John C. Ada Toves "Typhoon"May 4, 2015 at 8:07 PM
Anon 6:08, here is an update. What you heard on the The Buzz was information on a "Victim #2" who had been molested by Archbishop Apuron. His island attorney contacted me with the information and allowed me to release some brief details in hopes of bringing another victim forward. I had two subsequent conversations and two emails from the attorney. The timeline was given to me. I have my phone records and emails for documentation. I have not received further communication as of yet.
Below is a screenshot of that comment:

"His island attorney contacted me with the information...." I find this statement very unsettling. Why? What attorney on Guam would contact John Toves about his client?  John Toves is not an attorney, a counselor, or a newspaper reporter.  For what reason would an attorney contact John Toves and give him information about his client?  Who is this attorney who gave out information about his client?

Since the attorney represents his client, why didn't he write a letter to the Archbishop, the media, or even the Archbishop's attorney informing him of his client's accusation? Why did this attorney go to John Toves, release details about his client, and allow Toves to release those details in the hopes of bringing another alleged victim forward?

John Toves further stated (the bold is mine):
I've called the Archbishop prior to every move but unfortunately always seem to get only voicemail. I mentioned that I had thoughts about the dance and other clips but I would like to hear good faith on his part. I'll be happy to provide call logs for this as well.

I've tweeted and Facebooked weekly to the island since January. I guess I need to get a life, - but I know I have my God.

So, Anon 6:08, I intend to remain a thorn in his side.
What I placed in bold shows that John Toves has become so obsessed with ousting the Archbishop. He constantly harassed him through phone calls, poked fun at him through video clips, tweeted and Facebooked weekly that he no longer have a stable life but an abnormal obsession.  Is it any wonder then why Archbishop Apuron obtained an attorney to inform John Toves to cease and desist? LikeTim Rohr, John Toves wanted Archbishop Apuron removed.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 4:40 pm,

Do you not know that some people were driven to suicide because of bullying on the Internet? That is the problem with liberals. If it done to someone else, that is okay. When it is their child, they take it seriously. There is nothing hilarious about someone making constant phone calls and degrading video clips to the point that he even admits that he needs to get a life.

  2. Diana asked some important questions. Who is the attorney on Guam who contacted John Toves and why?

  3. what is wrong with making phone calls to Apuron. John Toves and everyone else has the right to call Apuron. He avoided meeting people he avoided phone calls. He was offered media lunch question time in chancery. Calls visits Apuron refused. Apuron rarely answered John Toves and others phone calls. And that Diana is the problem.

    1. Dear Anonymous at 8:33 pm,

John Toves publicly accused the Archbishop of sexual molestation. He could have gone to him privately and spoken to him about what he heard about his cousin, but he chose not to. But most importantly, he could have gotten the facts from his cousin first, but he chose not to. The fact that he did not bother to get the facts straight from his cousin suggest an ulterior motive. You will find that ulterior motive in the first historical timeline.

    2. John Toves made at least two visits to the chancery requesting quality bonding time with Apuron. Apuron refused. John Toves flew all the way from San Francisco to see Apuron. He was refused an interview. Timeline is not in order.

    3. Dear Anonymous at 9:42 pm,

BEFORE he made those two visits to the chancery, this is what John Toves wrote in the jungle:

"This is a "Holy War"! We cannot continue to ask him - "Please Mr. Archbishop, would you step down, you are hurting us". We will force him down! I'm in! Are you?"

It is very clear what his agenda is.

  4. Who is the lawyer who gave out info about his client? And why John Toves?

    1. This is my guess. I think the lawyer contacted him cuz he saw that Toves was reckless enough and didn't seem to care if he was sued. The lawyer plays it safe while Toves takes the fall in case there's a defamation lawsuit.

    2. Dear Anonymous at 9:14 pm and Anonymous 8:20 am,

My take on this lawyer is this: I think SNAP found a lawyer on Guam to work with. A few weeks before John Toves went public with his accusation, he admitted to contacting SNAP a few times. According to John Toves:

"Spoke again with SNAP yesterday and they assured me they are on it!"
