More Fairy Tales from The Jungle

An anonymous commenter stated the following:

Diana, Tim wrote his fourth episode of Orchestrated. In it, he said he was in contact with Denton on August, 2015, although he didn't specify the exact date.

In the fourth part, Tim Rohr claimed that he was in contact with Walter Denton AFTER Mae Ada's call-in to the Patti Arroyo talk show in August 19, 2015. Although he did not say the exact date he came into contact with Denton, his story is still questionable.  It is no secret that Tim Rohr wanted Archbishop Apuron removed since 2014.

When John Toves came out with his allegations in November, 2014, he was unsuccessful in removing the Archbishop.  Tim Rohr and John Toves believed that the only way to remove him would be when someone claiming to be the "victim" would come forward.  Both Tim Rohr and John Toves already had an "alleged victim" BEFORE Mae Ada called in on August 19, 2015.

Mae Ada was used only to plant the idea into people's heads that there were victims out there who were molested by Archbishop Apuron.  Mae Ada's call-in was used as an alibi so people would not suspect that Tim was very much involved with the sexual allegations. which is contrary to what he claimed.  Tim Rohr and John Toves already had an "alleged victim" since January, 2015.  That person would be Walter Denton, a very close friend of John Toves and who was named Victim #1 by Tim Rohr.  The evidence is all found in Tim's Junglewatch blog.  See the screen shot below, which can be found here.

According to the screen shot above (note the title, date and time of the post and the bold is mine):

John C. Ada Toves "Typhoon"May 4, 2015 at 8:07 PM

Anon 6:08, here is an update. What you heard on the The Buzz was information on a "Victim #2" who had been molested by Archbishop Apuron. His island attorney contacted me with the information and allowed me to release some brief details in hopes of bringing another victim forward. I had two subsequent conversations and two emails from the attorney. The timeline was given to me. I have my phone records and emails for documentation. I have not received further communication as of yet.

Managing Editor from EWTN who I've been in contact with since January (he called me) is working to break the story. He asked if I had a cannon lawyer working on it

I consulted with a cannon lawyer early April who is willing to go through Rome once more but from a different angle. I am beginning my fundraising for his retainer so he can file. I advised EWTN of the lawyer.

I've called the Archbishop prior to every move but unfortunately always seem to get only voicemail. I mentioned that I had thoughts about the dance and other clips but I would like to hear good faith on his part. I'll be happy to provide call logs for this as well.

I've tweeted and Facebooked weekly to the island since January. I guess I need to get a life, - but I know I have my God.

So, Anon 6:08, I intend to remain a thorn in his side. I do finish what I start. That is one of the few things I have in common with Tim who has my deepest gratitude and respect. I am happy to post any update here.

It is already beyond what any individual can do, my friend. It really is now, - What will we ALL do?

Anyone may contact me at johncharlestoves@gmail.com

John Toves was in contact with this person since January, 2015.  In the radio talk show, Walter Denton stated that he was in Guam attending a funeral on January, 2015.  He claimed he told a small group of people that he was molested by Archbishop Apuron.  However, the only person who came out to state that she heard a gentleman spoke of being sexually molested by the Archbishop was Mae Ada, a member of the Laity Forward Movement (an organization whose goal is to remove Archbishop Apuron).  In January, 2015 while he was here on Guam, Denton contacted an attorney and told him about his molestation.  At the same time, John Toves was also in contact with an attorney who was giving him information about his client.  An attorney giving out information about his client is also very suspicious.  Why?  Because John Toves is not an attorney nor a counselor for sexually abused victims.

According to John Toves, he stated: "I consulted with a cannon lawyer early April who is willing to go through Rome once more but from a different angle."  On the radio talk show with Patti Arroyo, Tim Rohr ALSO admitted that they had to get Denton's letter to a different angle in Rome because he suspected that the Congregation of Evangelization is filled with Kiko-supporters.  Listen to the interview:  http://www.pacificnewscenter.com/pnc-k57-interviews/9682

    1. Rohr is his own worst enemy. Yeah, those blog posts... His compulsion of talking too much is firing back on him and on his followers. He thinks of himself as a skilled conspirator but in fact he is just a big time amateur.

Now, he is accusing Pope St. John-Paul II by covering up sexual abuses. yes, that is his latest rant! He is saying Pope Francis is in the footsteps of St. John-Paul II in covering up for Apuron. I don't even want to repeat Rohr's sick tirade against Pope St. John-Paul II, because II because it is just plain disgusting.

The Jungle and his gang of miserable dummies are going too far, again, in their unbridled frustration, anger and hatred.

  3. I don't understand what you mean by inconsistency? Can you be more specific. Who is being inconsistent, and how? It seems that is this was a conspiracy, it was a very open one, because as you have shown, all of the people involved made no secret of their intention to accuse the Archbishop and in the end have him removed. I simply don't understand what your argument is?

    1. Dear Anonymous at 2:55 pm,

Inconsistency means that the stories do not match. They contradict one another. Tim was unaware of many of the things he wrote in his blog mainly due to his pride. Arrogance has a way of blinding people. The evidence of a conspiracy to topple Archbishop Apuron had always been in his blog, but he was not aware of it.

    2. Diana, you reply hasn't made it any clearer. I know what inconsistency means, but I don't know what you are specifically saying is inconsistent. From what I gather, the Junglewatch didn't ever try to hide the desire to topple the Archbishop, and they gave various reasons for that - his support of the NCW, his "mistreatment" of Fr Paul and Mons James, the "transfer" of the RMS site, and most recently the sexual abuse claims.

I don't think you need to be a detective to discover that the jungle wanted to oust the Archbishop. But you seem to be saying that the jungle has contradicted itself. I don't follow your logic though. Can't you be more clear in what you say is a contradiction?

I think what Diana is trying to get at is that all the accusers were set up as part of the conspiracy to get rid of Apuron.

Just who do you propose to do this investigation?
All sorts of calls to sue JW/Rohr, and even a few threats to sue by Apuron.....but nothing.
And the longer it takes for something to happen (investigation/lawsuit) the more conspiracy theories come out, the more rumours come out, the deeper resolves become and the harder it will be to achieve reconciliation.

  5. conspiracy
    noun [C or U] UK /kənˈspɪr.ə.si/ US /kənˈspɪr.ə.si/

› the activity of secretly planning with other people to do something bad or illegal:
The three men are accused of conspiracy.
[+ to infinitive] She has been charged with conspiracy to murder.
I think there was a conspiracy to keep me off the committee.

The key word here "secretly." Tim has ALWAYS made his intentions loud and clear. Did it ever occur to you that maybe with his reasons for wanting to rid this diocese of Apuron were different from that of others? Roy wants Apuron to resign because of his deviant behaviors. This reason is VERY different from what Tim has been screaming about. Did it ever occur to you that although their reasons were different, at the end of the day they all want Apuron out? Who cares if Roy or the other alleged victims were contacted. Who cares if they got a hold of a list of former altar servers. Do you think it was that DIFFICULT to generate a list of former altar servers and contact them?

Each alleged victim read from a paper. Of course they did. Why in the world wouldn't they? Oh...they should speak from the heart? When people are going through something very emotional, they break down! I'm sure the victims wanted to make sure every detail was included. Atty. Lujan would be very careless if he didn't have them draw up a statement and read it.

I applaud you for the loyalty you show Apuron. But, why is it so difficult for you to believe these men?

    1. Dear Anonymous at 5:14 pm,

Tim has always made it clear that he wanted the Archbishop removed, but he has also been putting some distance between himself and the sexual allegations since people were starting to get suspicious at how they were coming out. When people started questioning why now they are coming out, Tim Rohr got on the Travis Coffman show to explain it to them. Later, with Jess Lujan, he claimed that he did not know Roy Quintanilla and Walter Denton. He was putting more distance between himself and the sexual allegations because some people were getting suspicious about the timing and the way they came out.

    2. Diana a 5:30--
You say Rohr got on the Travis Coffman show to explain, then on Jess Lujan's show. Then you say he was putting more distance between himself and the sexual allegations. Sounds more like he's right up front and using all media to maintain his position. I then went on to his blog and still right on it. Can't see him putting any distance...

    3. Dear Anonymous at 6:29 pm,

Just listen to the last segment of the Jess Lujan show of part 1 and the beginning segment of Part 2. Tim Rohr stated that he did not know Roy Quintanilla and Walter Denton.

Then today in his blog, he writes his story of how he came into contact with Roy Quintanilla and Walter Denton. He wrote that his contacts with them was after August 19, 2015. However, this story is in contradiction to a post he published on his blog on May 5, 2015, which stated that an "alleged victim" had been found. John Toves was in contact with the "victim's" attorney. This clearly explained Tim's comment posted on August 19, 2015 regarding Father Jack.

    4. Rohr finally realized that there are too many inconsistencies and contradictions in the testimonies because Diana exposed some of her findings. Diana presented a high class evidence about her points. How sad response from Rohr is that the only thing he is able to do is to spew his low class trash further.

Rohr is scared that his made-up castle of shaky cards is about to collapse. Lol. He is desperately trying to patch his story. He is going everywhere in the media trying to fix those inventions that cannot be fixed. Lies cannot be fixed. When you defends lies you get entangled in more and more lies. Poor guy, caught up in his own vices!

Rohr is acting as the owner of those alleged victims' testimonies. He defends the fake stories and story-tellers as his own personal properties. It is because it is him, who made them all. Who else would know this better than himself?

      Delete
    5. Yes, I see what you mean. The only way Tim would make a comment like that on Aug. 19th is cuz he was already in contact with someone who claimed to confide in Father Jack. The only two who said they confided in Father Jack were Walter Denton and Roy Quintanilla - the two people Tim claimed he didn't know in his interview with Jess Lujan.

    6. The real problem of Rohr is that he takes all credits for himself. Everyone else, including the alleges victims are just his puppets. Well if so, then perhaps, the blame is also placed right on his head! Lol.

      Delete
    7. Yeah, Rohr is a man of glory! he feeds on other people and the media talking about him and praising him. He glorifies himself over anyone else! But does he deserve glory on earth...?

He claims and demands all credits and all accolades paid to himself. He revels, enjoys himself and gets satisfaction in the praises of his followers. But his glory is not real. Only God in heaven is glorious! Rohr said many times that he is above us all, especially in his moral standing. Wow, what a fake! His moral is stinking corruption. It would be ridiculous if it would not be so tragic.

      Delete
  6. Tim Rohr has always wanted Archbishop Apuron out but only recently has he been able to gather enough force and publicity to even stand a chance. He says so himself. Every single time there's a press release regarding the topic and then gets disputed here and in the jungle, it only adds fuel to the fire by gaining more and more public interest. You really should stop trying to prove Tim wrong or find stronger counter arguments that you can take public to gain support. Based on the comments, it doesn't look like this side is winning.

Also, Tim's been planning his attacks for years despite what you mentioned in this post. On the other hand, you have only reacted to the provocations.

If you want people to support Archbishop Apuron, then you have to stop reacting to Tim and find an alternate route. Find support for your perspective and keep fighting. Those people on the Jungle, the CCOG, and LFM were willing to go public and face humiliation and look where it's gotten them. They kept fighting and now they have more people standing behind them because they found support for their cause. Where are your supporters?

If you truly stand behind him despite the allegations, then you should explain why you think he's not the kind of person that the Jungle paints him out to be because no one really knows what happened 40 years ago other than the alleged victims and the alleged perpetrator. However, you cannot blame Tim's inconsistencies because most people don't care about that if the number of views that Tim brags about is any indication. Most people care about what matters to them and Tim's inconsistencies don't really matter to them. What matters to them is probably the trust they placed in this man or his position. What matters to them is probably the thought that an incident of sexual abuse could have happened to one of their siblings, children, nieces, nephews, and/or grandchildren. You cannot fight back and win public opinion with the argument that Tim contradicted himself because his contradictions don't matter to most people. The biggest issue here is TRUST. How can you restore trust if it's about to be or has already been broken?

You ask where are our supporters? Our supporter is God. He has always been our supporter, and there is no greater supporter than Him. For three years, Tim Rohr has been trying to remove Archbishop Apuron, and so far, he has NOT accomplished that goal. Archbishop Apuron still retains his title.

    4. Anon 6:48 pm, you are greatly mistaken. The truth is NOT a popularity contest. Your logic is that of a revolutionary, like Danton of the French Revolution. Danton thought that if you yell loud and make big noise then you win, because people pay attention to your yelling and to your big noise.

Danton was right that in revolutionary times when the laws are suspended, then the louder you yell the bigger your chances became to win. Revolution is a dog eats dog time, the violent and brigand will have his hands bloody. If there is no law and order then the blood of the innocent is flowing freely on demand of the loud, noisy and powerful. But do not forget, the blood of the innocent is crying out to the heavens and God will protect His holy ones.

Our time in NOT the time of the French Revolution! It is not even close to a revolutionary time. You may wish to suspend law and order but you won't be able to do so, my friend! We have a constitution that protects people from violence and persecution. It does not matter how loud you are or how big noise you make, law and order dictates. If you think the truth is a popularity contest then your moral sense is damaged and soul is corrupted by worldliness.

Vatican will speak in this matter. The Pope himself will choose the time and the place when and where announcement will be made. If you try to coerce the Pope following your timeline and your popular view then you will be guilty of presumption. Pope Francis will never side with presumptuous demands. Did not you know this?!

When Vatican will have spoken, people of Guam will go home in peace because they respect the authority of the Catholic Church! They will accept the truth that is coming from a peaceful leader of the church. I encourage Rohr, CCOG and LFM to continue making big and even bigger noises showing how presumptuous they really are. The Pope will notice that. This will help us to see their true colors and arrive to a truthful decision by Vatican sooner. Perhaps as soon as in 2017.

Rohr is like a Danton of our times. He thinks Guam is ripe for him and for a new "French Revolution" that he is trying to provoke. He is yelling loud and incoherent all the time, but he will be greatly frustrated by the same violent sentiments he is espousing.

Just look up in the history books how Danton ended while roaring loud on his final road to obscurity. The same blood thirsty crowd who applauded his popularity before, applauded his demise the same manner. Popular opinions is a changin' my friend very quickly! Is this the same fate you also desire for Rohr?

    7. Jihadi Tim is restless. He wants to expand his jihad into the Legislation and he found an accomplice to support his "holy war" in Sen. Frank Aguon. I am disappointed in Frank because he as a long time politician representing the people of Guam should have a basic sense of constitutionality.

Frank thinks his proposed piece of legislation is in line with the constitution. But is it? Victims of sexual abuse had a 2-years long window of opportunity to come forward, when the statute of limitation was lifted specifically for their favor. Nobody took advantage of this opportunity and nobody came forward. What does it say to you? It says that the issue had been taken care of and opportunity of resolution was provided. It is possible that no legislation can do more. Senators cannot just go back to issues over and again that had been settled already.

If Jihadi Tim and his fellow jihadists want to provoke a federal intervention, then they better think twice. Why would they want to shoot themselves and fellow islanders, as well, in the foot? Make no mistake about it: a federal ruling on constitutionality against Guam could set back the political aspirations of the island for decades. Is this truly their goal? Or the lives of the inhabitants of the island just do not count for them at all?

  7. Diana, it was made clear that Tim did NOT know Walter until Walter contacted him. I don't see Tim distancing himself, and even if he is or did, the statements of the alleged victims speak for themselves. The statements are so powerful that they don't need Tim to spin it. If you look at his blog, he has tons of entries focusing on each victim. So if that's not distancing, then I don't know what is.

Again, Apuron is very blessed to have people like you fight for him.

  8. Another point that sounds suspicious is that Tim was suspicious of the Congregation of Evangelization but only later to be happy that Archbishop Hon, who is the Secretary of the Congregation was sent from Rome. Shouldn't his reaction been wary considering he didn't trust him?

I don't know sounds like he had amnesia but the memories of dates regarding the victims are fresh in his mind....

    Hmm...makes you wonder.

Plus the entertainment value of his confession on the conspiracy stories are quite appealing and keep you hooked. He's a very skilled writer. Too skilled to the point of being manipulation?

  9. Ummm how about we just stop looking at Tim Rohr and his jungle blog and take a look at the big picture: our Archbishop is being accused by 4 people about sexual molestation that occurred 40+ years ago. Tim Rohr is just a drop in the bucket and probably irrelevant when looking at the picture at a whole. I'm completely on board with "innocent until proven guilty," but just what if the accusations are true...if they are, i'm not one to switch sides and praise Tim for being right all along. I guess i'm just expressing how sad it would be if our Archbishop really did what he is being accused of and I do feel sorry for the victims.

  12. Wow! Tommy Tanaka is a real goldmine. When he is speaking up against Archbishop Hon, he betrays the frustration he and the other Jungle Catholics feel because things don't go their way. By resenting Pope Francis' appointee they are resenting the Pope himself. Their disdain toward Vatican is on display again. These Jungle Catholics just cannot hide their anticlerical convictions underlying beneath their profanity, anger and hatred, because they are not here looking for peace and calm. On the contrary, they here to destroy the church.

These people still do not understand that Archbishop Hon is NOT here to look into the sexual abuse allegations. He is here to put in order everything else except those charges. When Tanaka and his comrades do not get it, they give away their very limited understanding of church matters. The sexual abuse allegation were completely separated from every other issues by Vatican, on the request of Pope Francis who is in charge of the ongoing investigation. The Pope will choose the time and date when he announces the result of the investigation and his decision in all these matters. Murmuring against the Vatican timeline is the same as disrespecting the authority of Pope Francis.

Tommy Tanaka is promptly connected to his own past as a failed and corrupt politician. Vatican official will catch on that easily. He is using his failed and corrupt business channels and questionable profits as one to sponsor CCOG and Jungle Catholics. In particular, on demand of Rohr he is one to fund the testimonies of the alleged victims and the fees of Atty Lujan. It is understandable that Tanaka wants to know the exact timeline of the Pope's investigation. He is increasingly frustrated, because keeping the alleged victims on Guam is costly. CCOG and Rohr also know that Tanaka is a "goldmine" and take advantage of that. He can show his loyalty to Jungle Catholics by sharing cool cash.

It is a message to these people: we, Roman Catholics, Eastern Catholics, etc. are the same universal church. We belong together. If Jungle Catholics want to join the One Holy Catholic Mother Church, then they have to send their application to Rome!

The Holy Spirit is one the persons of the Holy Trinity. Those who don't know this are not Roman Catholics, indeed.

    2. "Jungle" Catholics go against the authority of Pope St. John-Paul II and Pope Francis. Rohr is accusing Pope St. John-Paul II by covering up sexual abuse charges against Legion of Christ leader Marcial Maciel:

"It is now known that the much beloved and recently sainted St. John Paul II personally protected and promoted a priest and the founder of a religious order who was "one of the most notorious sexual criminals in church history."

Maciel hid his pathological sex life behind a wall of wealth and an image of militant orthodoxy, charming John Paul II. He capitalized on footage of a beaming pope, celebrating Maciel and his cheering Legionaries at a public audience.

A scene of John Paul embracing Maciel at the altar dramatized his standing for wealthy benefactors, like Mee."

      http://www.junglewatch.info/2015/04/how-kiko-gets-away-with-it.html

Rohr has accused Pope Francis recently that he is following in the footsteps of Pope St. John-Paul II. What is this if not distortion of facts and open disdain against well established church leadership? It is, in fact, a "holy war" of Guam fundamentalists against Rome.

      Delete
    3. Dear Anonymous at 5:04 pm,

I disagree when you say that the jungle wants to purify the Church from the influence of the Holy Spirit. They want to destroy the NCW and close down the seminary.

    4. Yes, Diana, but it is the same thing! The NCW was brought to Guam by the Holy Spirit and the seminary if a fruit of the NCW. These things are manifestations of the work of the Holy Spirit among us.

Jungle fanatics also want to destroy Rome's authority, including the authority of Pope Francis. It is evidenced by their attitude toward Archbishop Hon who is here to represent the Pope. Rome's authority is maintained in apostolic succession through the Holy Spirit. You see these fanatics seem to have a big problem with how the Holy Spirit works and influences the Catholic Church both on Guam and in Rome!
