Dear Commentors

If you do not see your comments published, it is because I deleted them.  Why?  Because you are asking the same questions over and over and over, and I would only be giving you the same response.  Before you ask your questions, could you kindly read the threads.  Other posters may have already asked the same or similar questions that you have, and all it takes is to read the threads.  Thank you and God bless!

  1. I can only assume you accidentally deleted my previous post, because this is not a case of asking the same questions over and over again. So I will post it once more. I wont hold my breath though...

If we ask the same questions again and again, that suggests that you are not answering them. Rather you say something like "Kiko knows the pope" or “the pope is kind to us”
I find it extraordinary and rather disturbing that priests, seminarians and laity of the NCW will kneel before Kiko to receive his "blessing", and yet will not kneel for the Lord of Lords.
Even at the Ad Gentes meeting at the Vatican in February, the families approached the Pope and knelt before him to receive a blessing! Does the pope expect that the NCW kneel before him, but not before God Himself?
Also, GIRM 32 requires that "The nature of the 'presidential' texts demands that they be spoken in a loud and clear voice and that everyone listen with attention. Thus, while the priest is speaking these texts, there should be no other prayers or singing, and the organ or other musical instruments should be silent."
Another matter that is just ignored by the NCW without permission. See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LrsbFOvLH0w, noting the music all through the words of consecration. You will note too, the irreverence of the priest and the bride and groom at the communion (around the 10 minute mark).

  2. Dear Anonymous at 4:17 p.m.,

Actually, the reason people ask the same thing over and over and over is simply because they don't like the answer they hear and is hoping to hear what they prefer to hear. They figured that if they ask enough, they would eventually wear the person down to the point where they would get to hear what they want to hear.
